Nice place to have brunch on a Saturday morning. The seating can run out but it is worth a little wait. This place just feels like Missoula.

Although I also love the Shack for breakfast, Hob Nob is tops in my book. Their food tastes "real," if you'll pardon me using such a nebulous descriptor. Their corned beef hash makes my whole day! I like the small challenge of getting a seat, especially one in the window so you can watch the Higgins sidewalk traffic while chowing... More

This tiny, vegetarian-friendly restaurant was a delight for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Waitstaff was friendly and able, tables close together. This is clearly a neighborhood favorite. Delicious food with unusual offerings - just a feel-good little spot.

We went during homecoming weekend and dropped in for brunch Friday morning. The weekend we went was homecoming, football game and a firefighter convention. They were completely overwhelmed - they had 1 cook, 1 barista and 1 till person/server. When we got to the front and placed our order we went outside to wait which took 15 mins at least.... More

This little cafe has real food made to order. I attempted to have breakfast here and couldn't because it is very small and gets very busy. You order your food at the counter and then attempt to find a place to sit and eat it. Of course I was intrigued and had to return in the middle of the week... More

On our second visit in three years, we had a nice lunch at the Hob Nob, one of the several eateries in Missoula and a place that's becoming something of a fixture of its "Hip Strip" that's just across the street from the daily newspaper's office. Little had changed from our first visit with regard to the decor (hip) and... More

Chef salads were made fresh and had a lot of different things in them except they were out of gorganzola cheese substituted feta. Raspberry vigarette had no taste oily dressing. Out of lemons for our water. Had to buy foccaica bread separately as no bread came with salads. The foccaica bread didn't have much taste. Husband bought a scone and... More

Hob Nob is as good as advertised. It's a small and friendly breakfast/lunch spot frequented by locals and students. I recommend it. I need to return for lunch and try the Salmon burger. It looked very good.

A very tiny place that has awesome breakfasts and great coffee. There's a big blackboard staring In Front of you and you line up and give them your order. You pay, you'll get a number and they'll bring the food to you. You can get refills on your coffee. There is seating inside and a few tables outside. The employees... More

Great local café, similar to many if the NE. Big chalk board with colorful menu and a counter to order and pay. Get your own utensils, water, condiments and order delivered to your table. Healthy whole grains or gluten free, etc. Very nice meal and obviously a local gathering place.
