Great chicken gorgonzola and calamari are the very best. The best places in Missoula for Italian food

I really liked the fettucini alfredo as it wasn't so heavy, but had very good flavor. We liked that there was a family platter option. The bread came with dipping oil which was great! We were there at about 4:30pm. It wasn't bust yet, but the time it took to get our food was a bit on the long side.... More

Good food, but this one is not a national one, so they don't accept the coupons. The server was very nice, but charged me for every tiny thing. That was okay, just saying

Food is chain Italian but better than say Olive Garden in my opinion. Love that you can get a dinner salad for 99 cents. It's mostly lettuce for heaven's sake so why do places charge $2.49 for one? Answer: gouging. Nice selection of beers and mine was reasonably cold. Service was OK, had to remind the waitress that I'd ordered... More

The service here was good. Our waiter was attentive. We got bread and oil, which is always a welcome treat when we sit down. The wine selection was basic but I was able to find one I liked, no problem. The food comes in LARGE portions. We had plenty of leftovers but that was ok because the food was enjoyable.... More

I stopped in for lunch and got bread, salad and pasta for just over $12.00 and still had enough for a second meal. Everything was really good and for this value I recommend it.

Selected Johnny Carino's in Missoula today for a family celebration lunch. I recently underwent weight loss surgery. One of the changes to eating habits is to not drink fluids with your meals. When the waitress asked for our drink order, I said nothing for me please. The waitress replied that she can't serve me unless I order a drink. The... More

We started with the calamari appetizer which was very nice. The bread and oil/garlic that comes standard was excellent. We split the lasagna and both ordered a side salad. It's nice to find a restaurant that allows couples to split an entree with hitting them with a split plate charge. We will definitely look for other Johnny Carino's on our... More

We live in Washington State and love Johnny Carino's! We always eat there when traveling through Montana because we don't have one in our area. Their food is always good and also a good value. We have never had a bad experience with the food or the service. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped for a late lunch...they were sitting everyone in the bar area. It was a chain restaurant that lived up to expectations. Decent Italian food and wine. My husband had the lasagna and I had the all-you-can-eat house salad which as a deal at $4. The service was OK; they were probably a little busier than... More
