We went as a large group (20+)--had called ahead for reservations--and they were ready for us by putting together several tables in the back. The service was quick and the waitress was very attentive to us and the children in the group. Most of us had prime rib and it was absolutely perfect--exactly as each customer requested! This is a... With four "starving" kids we did leave this place well pleased. The call ahead helped, and we enjoyed ourselves despite the wait. Call ahead, and prepare to be well treated.

It's been a long time since I had been here. The meal was excellent, just as it was last time. I had the Prime Rib, small, it was delicious. Tupperware on the table for your salad dressing and dressed very casual, I enjoyed myself immensely.

Wife and I ate dinner here last night. Place is a hole in the wall type of place with dated decor and old tables/chairs. Some might see this as charming, but it all had a feeling of tiredness to it. The table for 2 was very crowded with the various things one might expect to find: salt, pepper, couple of... More

Many people go here for large steak and other dinners (including us), but they also serve excellent lunches. Soups are great, but I got a burger. Portions are large, so ask for a box if you need one. The bar was in full swing when we ate lunch here. The rumor about free drinks when a train goes by is... More

We love coming to the Oasis, especially for the burgers, they are the best around. We usually like sitting in the bar but... the music needs work! There is a jukebox but when it is not playing it makes a very disturbing humming sound and though we like all kinds of music a great place like the Oasis should play... More

This is the best restaurant for Montana Beef in Montana! This cozy family style restaurant has a very traditional western ambiance. Get ready for a 4 course meal with dessert. It doesn't look like much from the outside but after you finish a meal here you will now compare all restaurants world wide to the dining experience you will have... More

You get what you want and in very large portions, the best steak and prime n Montana. Seafood is good enough to have my wife come back. Have been eating here since 1976 and it is still the best. Look like a dive bar/steak house because it is. Friendly locals and lots of fun and food, do not miss this... More

Located about 15 miles from downtown Bozeman Sir Scott's Oasis is the standard by which all other steakhouses in this area should be compared. In a nondescript building in the town of Manhattan, MT this place oozes traditional supper club dining. The steaks are front and center. The prime rib, cooked medium rare, is succulent, tender, and having the right... More

The Oasis is a staple for the people of the Gallatin Valley for over 25 years. It has been consistently excellent during that time and I have never had anything less than a great meal there. The service is good, the food is outstanding and not just the beef, although if you're a beef affectionado, this is your place. Good... More
