We loved this place--total throwback to traveling with my folks in the West as a kid in simpler times. Food was great, service was friendly, and the atmosphere is one in a million. Some young families might not feel comfortable in the old-school "local bar me grill", but it was just what we were... read more

Fun bar/grill plus cabins to rent. Fun western place. OK for children during day or early evening. Music on Saturday starting at 9. Daily specials. 3 casino machines. The road from HWY 12 connects to I-90. Dirt road for about 10 miles and then paved to I90. Canyon home to Big Horn Sheep. Have a great burger and enjoy the... More

Some young families might not feel comfortable in the old-school "local bar me grill", but it was just what we were looking for with our teenaged son.

You have to go to this one of a kind jewel. Lay back and have a burger and a beer. Best place. Its a little out of the way but WORTH it.

Over the decor and the staff were great. Great burgers and killer pour on the rum. Make sure you have a designated driver. Do not drink and drive. The two times I have been there (with designated drivers) there was a forest service law enforcement officer where the dirt road meets the. Highway Don't drink and drive. If you do... More

This quaint, beautiful bar sits out in the middle of nowhere inside of the Lolo National Forest. The Saloon is huge and rocks out on the weekends to live, local bands. The bar is fully stocked and the amazing bartender can whip up just about anything you want, or even a new favorite. The food is pretty good and comes... More

This saloon is filled with fun, country, and wildlife atmosphere. The service was excellent. No wonder the locals like to visit for meals. It's a little north of US12 at mile-marker 16 on Graves Creek Rd. Usually has music on the weekends. Wildlife regularly comes for visits too.

If you driving up hi way 12 and you see the Graves Creek rd sign... It's a 2 mile drive up to the Lumberjack saloon. Talk about a true MT experience. Try a burger and fries then sit in the swing chair with a cold beer and just drink in this place. You'll be one of the few to enjoy... More
