Great example of a small town burger drive in. Everything is fresh. Food is cooked to order with nothing made in advance. If you not into hamburgers try the hot dogs they are great. Milk shakes even better. And french fries are cooked perfectly. Try it you will not be disappointed.

What a great find. Thank you TripAdvisor. You have to pay cash, but it doesn't cost much anyhow. Really thick milkshakes. We went here twice. Once going eastbound and once going westbound. Had the double burger first. Kind of small, but had the triple next time. French fries were great. Lots of parking around the neighborhood. Don't be afraid if... More

What a fun place to eat- the onion rings were wonderful! I ordered a single burger, and it was good, but it was too small- it was, kiddie size! I will know for next time. The family loved the food, the place is just cool- a step back t o the 50's! And immaculate clean. Worth the wait!!

Upon reading reviews, our family stopped here for a quick lunch while passing through Livingston. The line was long (took about 25 minutes to get through and get our food at noon on a Sunday), but I would stop again. Traditional greasy burger joint food - but with a twist. Our family took the meal to a local park and... More

I am from Livingston and whenever I get the chance to go back and visit, my first stop is Always Mark's In & Out.....and I may end up eating there several times during a long weekend. Their burgers are just amazing and fries and onion rings are to die for. Make sure and get some kind of milk shake or... More

Very fun place to stop and get a burger! The food was quite good, but the experience really made this place stand out. We were looking for a one-of-a-kind small town burger place, and that is exactly what we got! We would definitely go back.

No restrooms. No seating. No condiments accessible to self serve. Burgers were somewhat better than McDonald's, but all in all,I would have preferred McDonald's.

We followed the crowd to this restaurant. The burgers were very good as were the malts. It is nice to have a good burger joint besides the chains.

Been going to Marks for decades now. It's a must have when in Livingston. Is usually quite crowded, so try to go at an "off" time (before/after lunch break) if possible. Fantastic shakes with locally made ice cream. Yum!

Mark's In and Out is an institution for a burger lunch in Livingston. Drive up; order your burger (single; double; triple; quadruple; I order the triple) fries and milkshake; wait for your buzzer to go off, and then take your food across the road to the small park and picnic tables, and have a great classic burger lunch. Whenever we... More
