Great Breakfast

Scotch eggs were great. Biscuits and Gravy with eggs were great too. We sat outside on a beautiful Sunday morning enjoying some great coffee and small town atmosphere.

Great coffee. Atmosphere is a fun, creative way to look at Burlington Northern pictures on the wall. Mediterranean scramble was awesome! Loved a mellow theme, and 90's rock in in the background. Service was great for early morning.

Stopped in for lunch with our 2 year old. A pretty limited menu. They had a total of 11 people in the restaurant, including us. Took over half an hour to get our food. I ordered pork carnitas tacos. They were cold all the way through... Not sure if that was how they were supposed to be. Husband had a... More

Stopped here for breakfast during a 3-week road trip across the US and can unequivocally say this was one of the best breakfasts we had all trip. We shared the Breaky Sammy, Spanish Scramble and the loaded Oatmeal. Everything was so fresh and well done it just blew me away; I could immediately taste the difference from so many other... More

My wife and I visited Pinky’s on July 3rd, the public holiday for Independence Day. It was crowded but the service was still quite responsive. I had the huevos rancheros, my wife had the waffle bennie (eggs benedict on a waffle), both were top notch. I also remembered they fresh squeeze their orange juice and it really hit the spot.... On our way to Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone. Took a chance and was rewarded with good food and service. Great local color. Fresh orange juice was a special treat

Hollandaise sauce was not warm. Chef explained complications of preparation. If hollandaise can't be served warm, I am not interested. Nice small restaurant. Will try again but am a bit reluctant.

Pinky's is a gem in the rough. We were passing through Livingston, Mt and stopped to grab a quick lunch. We spotted Pinky's and decided to give it a try. What a fantastic lunch with friendly service. The sandwiches were delicious and the clam chowder was some of the best we've had. Don't go through Livingston without checking out Pinky's.

Fresh squeezed orange juice was terrific, and my Waffle Benny was beyond delicious. Great and fast service, their bar was very cute.
