Eggs Benedict disappointing

Hollandaise sauce was not warm. Chef explained complications of preparation. If hollandaise can't be served warm, I am not interested. Nice small restaurant. Will try again but am a bit reluctant.

Pinky's is a gem in the rough. We were passing through Livingston, Mt and stopped to grab a quick lunch. We spotted Pinky's and decided to give it a try. What a fantastic lunch with friendly service. The sandwiches were delicious and the clam chowder was some of the best we've had. Don't go through Livingston without checking out Pinky's.

Fresh squeezed orange juice was terrific, and my Waffle Benny was beyond delicious. Great and fast service, their bar was very cute.

Home of the Waffle Benny. Imaginative menu, small town Cafe charm with friendly service , great food. You have to try the Scotch Eggs too.

We were visiting Livingston and friends recommended we have lunch at Pinky's Cafe. Good decision! The four of us all enjoyed our orders. The sandwiches and wraps had more ingredients than normally offered. Impressive food for a small cafe. "Traveling the world one meal at a time..."

I checked out TripAdvisor the night before to get an idea where to eat in Livingston, MT. Of course, everyone had their raves and pans so it was hard to decide. We ended up opting for Pinky's Cafe ("Eat Like The Locals") right downtown. Turned out to be a mistake. The menu was actually fairly limited. Didn't even have chicken... More

Stopped by for breakfast before leaving for the heartland! Small comfortable place with some of the best breakfasts I have had any place! Our group ordered a variety of items from biscuits and gravy to steak omelets. Everything was absolutely PERFECT!

That was before tip. To be fair oranges were freshly squeezed but I left feeling hungry and ripped off. With a fair tip it came to $20. No pasties are here anymore and a new owner so it isn't exactly the place Bourdain visited on his show. This is not NYC, this is Livingston.
