This restaurant has the most wonderful menu going - there is something for everyone and also a childrens menu. We had the soup first - broccoli and cheese - it was very full bodied and lots of broccoli and very tasty cheese, it was delicious. To follow we shared a plate of mexican chicken stir fry with vegetables, rice, cheese... More

I've had some hit an miss with lunches---not tried the dinner, but breakfast has always been dependably great. Best hash browns in the valley (but probably not the healthiest....). What's usually a reliable indicator of a good place is a consistently full parking lot, and that's what initially drew me to the place. Most of the waitstaff are very outgoing... More

This is a friendly and small restaurant but they accommodated about 15 of our group arriving unannounced. The food was good and the service was excellent.

Its a casino too, as are many of the restaurants in Montana. There are antique, or new that look like antique, kids toys hanging from the ceiling but it looks kind of cute, not tacky. Its Sunday and they had a hot beef and mashed potatoes&gravy that hubby said was really good. I had fish tacos. Don't usually order this... More

This restaurant had a very big menu. I am on a VERY restrictive diet. It was very easy to find menu items that I could eat and the waitresses were very agreeable to making my specific changes to the menu items. We ate here 4 times in 7 days.

Met a couple of internet friends and decided to stop for breakfast here before heading to the Hungry Horse Reservoir for a day for sightseeing. We each had something different and everything was very good, especially the hash browns. It was early on Labor Day morning, so it wasn't very busy. Service was friendly and quick, and cost was very... More

Once upon a time this restaurant used to serve really good food with nice sized portions. They seem to have gotten lazy.....

Very friendly staff. I tried the Prairie Fire sausage which is made locally for them. It was delicious. Good sized portions for a good price.

We were staying in Kalispell overnight after traversing Logan Pass and went here for supper. The staff was courteous and very attentive. The food came very quickly and was tasty. Our 11 year old ordered some pasta and I don't think she was able to eat more than 15% of it. The serving was just that big.

We have been to Nickel Charlie's several times. It is always one stop we make when we are in Kalispell. The last time we went there were 10 people in our party. The bill averaged about $12/person including sodas and a couple pitchers of beer. The wait staff were friendly and wanted us to enjoy our meals. The kids were... More
