We took our daughter and grand daughter to this restaurant while traveling in Glacier. The restaurant is small but the food and staff were wonderful.

We stopped at the Rocky Mountain Nature Company and the owner recommended the restaurant next door for lunch. The food was really good. The vegetable soup was delicious and the hamburgers were real hand pattied burgers as opposed to the frozen hockey pucks that most places serve. The huckleberry pie was great. This is a small place, neat and clean... More

Okay, so this being a very small small-town-diner, the food was as expected. It wasn't the highest quality in the world, but it was still freakin delicious. I was really happy to see vegetarian options, because those can be pretty rare in small towns, so I left full and happy with the veggie burger. My dad had the elk burger,... More

We sat outside on the picnic tables and enjoyed the bison burgers. The baked beans were excellent - definitely homemade. My husband loved the potato salad. We also brought our own beer (they dont serve alcohol). It was very busy, so it took a long time for our meal, but it was Saturday night. We were in no rush so... More

The road between Columbia Falls and Glacier National Park is filled with restaurants ready to feed hungry tourists. Elkhorn Grill is a good example. It's a cute little place that offers burgers, including those made from elk and bison. I guess my main problem was sticker shock. The elk burgers were $12.95! I can get a gourmet burger on the... Went for dinner during our stay at Glacier. They specialize in elk burgers and chopped buffalo steak. My wife had the elk and I had the buffalo. Both were well prepared and delicious. Their huckleberry cream pie was delicious. Unless you are a big eater share a piece. It is like huckleberry flavored cheese cake, very rich and the pieces... More

We ate here with friends and we all found good things on the menu that satisfied our needs. We purchased their huckleberry barbeque sauce after having their barbeque chicken featuring this sauce. It is a little different, but good. It isn't a fancy place by any means, but the food was good and hot.

If you are willing to try it, the elk burgers are very good. They do tend to be drier and more lean than beef, but that is not a bad thing.

We ate dinner here. We had the New York Strip Steak (tender & juicy), chicken fried steak (large portion but gravy wasn't remarkable) & chicken strips. Price was right.

Often Buffalo is tough. This was not the case. This burger was very moist and full of flavor. The Hucklberry cream pie was great.
