Good breakfast

Went there recently on a quick trip to Helena to visit friends. No Sweat has home-made food in an inviting small space. I had potato, cheese and sausage (i forget what it was called) - very tasty. The orange juice was fresh-squeezed. Food took a looong time, but it is home made to order so do not... read more

The staff is charming and so is the eclectic interior, but we waited over an hour on a Sunday to get our order. There were four of us eating, and it is true that the place was full. However, they either need to hire more cooks or you should eat before you get there---just to tide you over. The food... More

Again, the tempo of most Montana restaurants & cafes isn't about being in a hurry. This place makes the best breakfast food in the valley, but its small, has limited staff and is very popular. So, choose your timing wisely, if not, you'll be waiting a LONG time. This is a 'granola' hippie business, so its all about organic, local,... More

Stopped in for breakfast. We;re from Arizona and loved the fact people weren't distracting others by jabbering loudly without respect for their fellow patroms on their cellphones as the place is small the the atmosphere quaint and friendly. Pancakes were loaded with blueberry and the potatoes and cheese perfectly cooked. Service was excellent. We will definitely return.

There's nothing anywhere quite like it. A lot of homemade egg and rice dishes named Bum Gut Earl, Stumbo Lost Wages and the like. I have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It's quite artsy, with paintings on the walls for sale etc. Seating is limited and the service is notoriously slow. It's the opposite of fast food, which... More

I was all for eating here and actually excited. We were referred by a guy who I really liked. I figured he understood food business in town as a Helena resident basically all his life.We re new to town and love the hip of the downtown area. What started off as an exciting meal quickly turned icky when we were... More

love breakfast at this gem. Organic, delicious, everything one could want for a hearty breakfast. The atmosphere is hippyish and no cell phones are allowed. Again, what else could you want? Prices are reasonable, especially for the high quality ingredients.

We were amazed at how good the breakfast was. It's great too that they try to source local, organic ingredients and offer real maple syrup. Service was great even though they were really busy. Reasonable prices, nice portion sizes.
