What a great place. Wonderful sandwiches and soups. Freshly prepared and not the usual fare for a local sandwich shop. Don't miss this place if you are new to town.

I love absolutely everything about Red Rooster and was incredibly thrilled when it opened a couple of years ago. Artisan bread, need I say more?! They have the BEST clam chowder that I have ever had, and that includes the incredibly delicious bowls of clam chowder that I have eaten on fisherman's wharf in San Francisco. Absolutely fanstastic!

If you're looking for a fresh loaf, look no further than Red Rooster. Their bread is moist, dense, crusty happiness! Also a great place for breakfast (generous breakfast sandwiches and locally roasted coffee from Big Creek).

Delicious lunch here with sausage & cheese quiche (there were other flavors as well) and my favorite German chocolate cake for dessert. Both were large portions so I shouldn't have been surprised when I ordered a coffee and it was a huge cup! The coffee was fresh with a smooth taste. We were happy that we came in about 11:30... Came here recently for a quick lunch. IT was packed so that tells me the food was good. And it was. Service was quick and we did find a place to sit down and eat. Loved that there was real silverware and glasses! Its cozy inside and not any too big so be ready to wait.

Don't miss this beautiful little bakery cafe. The vibe is like a European village or a cool New England college town cafe. Breakfast is fantastic, with eggs on a baguette, five flavors of scones or egg-stuffed calzones. The hot frothy chai was outrageous and cappuccinos were yummy.

They have variety, tasty food no matter if it is a sandwich, soup, salad or quiche. They also offer great wines. It is decorated nicely with outdoor seating where you can view the Bitterroot Range. Even tho the outside traffic noise is present, it is not bad enough you can't have a conversation. There is a drive through if you... More

Just went. We are speechless. The quiche and the breakfast calzone were the best thing we have ever eaten!!! OMG!!! Run don't walk.

I have used this caterer for several large special events as well as for our wedding anniversary. They train their staff well, the food is served hot and delicious and beautifully presented. I would recommend them for any purpose. The best in the Bitterroot.

We love Red Rooster. Their scones are delicious, especially the frosted ones. And their food is beautiful.
