we got on really late to Gardiner and didn't want to go far, we were staying in a hotel across the street. The service was quick and attentive, my husband's steak was done perfectly and very tender and I had the walleye pike which was delicious, the entrees came with 2 sides and the prices were reasonable the only drawback... We had been on the road for 8 days and had eaten at many restaurants. Pricing between $75 and 150. This was fabulous food In a very quaint atmosphere. We first questioned our choice when we saw that it was attached to a Best Western, but were pleasantly surprised. It was so good that we ate there 2 nights. Pan... More

Walked from motel. Food was good and the prices were inexpensive. When we left there were 3 elk dinning on a tree outside. Locals says it is common to have them walking free around town.

My hubby, our two daughters - ages 13 and 10 - and I stopped here for dinner after a long, fun, but tiring day in Yellowstone. It was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience we ever had. First, we were seated at a table that is at the end of the restaurant but next to the bar. Therefore, our girls... More

This resteraunt must relay on a constant supply on new unsuspecting tourists to stay in business. We ate here in June of 2009 and just remembered having beef, being disappointed and it was overpriced (even considering the remote location) but it was almost 9pm,the kids needed fed and it was located across the street from our hotel so we decided... Dropped in here after a day in Yellowstone. It was at the start of the tourist season and they had quite a turn over in people so I would suggest get in early or book. The restaurant has a mining theme. Staff met me when walked in & escorted me to a table, they were pleasant & efficient giving me... More

Service only had to seat you and get beverages, but unfortunately some of the servers were more interested in personal conversations and the glass sizes were tiny and impossible to get refills

Stayed at the Best Western on business back in early May and again this week and last. Not really sure what to say about this place, got lots to say but don't know where to start. Well start with breakfast, its a buffet, but its no better than you'd get at a Hampton inn , plastic scrambled eggs, cooked but... More

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western for 3 nights. The breakfast associated with the hotel was at this restaurant...a breakfast buffet free for Best Western guests and about $9 for anyone else. It was the same breakfast each morning...biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns with what seemed to be eggs mixed in, pancakes or French toast,... More

The Dinner was quite good for the variety of dishes served. The service was excellent. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price - very good quality and good service at your table as well.
