If you've been to Gardiner before and have fond memories of the Two Bit, you may be disappointed if you return. We were. What used to seem like a really cool, funky, old-fashioned Western bar now seems just seedy. The first draft that we ordered was flat, but the bar-keep quickly replaced it with a different beer, which was good,... More

Great old-time wooden bar--huge! Wonderful hand-cut fries and buffalo burgers. Bar area is separated from the eating area. Can eat in the bar area, outside or another inside area where pool tables and juke box are located - so good options if you don't want to sit in a bar with kids. Good and cold beer! Have several local/micro brews... More

I loved the old wood work and how open everything was. It was an inviting place to cool down. The dance hall is just beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Wish I could have found a hotel in town to stay a little longer.

We stopped in after a recommendation from our rafting guide for the best happy hour drink prices in Gardiner. She was right. A great selection of $3.50 drafts. Its a straight up bar with no pretenses and great service. The food did not come recommended so we did not sample. But for a long cool drink at the end of... More

Fun place for lunch. It's like an old time western sports bar. Bison burgers, elk burgers and great hand cut french-fries. A little pricey but we enjoyed it. Elk burger and fries - 17$. Other things on the menu more reasonable. Gardner is a neat western town. A bit commercialized but remember it's only a few miles from Mammoth.

The place has a bar-like atmosphere, but the restaurant was surprisingly good. There is more seating than you might think based on the outside. The staff were super outgoing and friendly. Of course, they also have game meats.

We found this place when we came to Gardiner from Yellowstone hoping to find a place to watch the US Soccer game against Germany. This place was one of the only spots open at 10am, and they were playing the game so we were happy. We were even more happy with the breakfast! There was a good crowd so it... More

Came here to watch the soccer match this afternoon. Extremely friendly service. Great place to watch a game and drink a beer. Shrimp tacos and onion rings were very good. Bison burger and chicken fingers were not. Tatar tots were good. Overall I would return and just order the shrimp tacos and beer because the service was so friendly.

First of all, some people who write reviews are so critical. One needs to take these places as they are, not how they want them to be or how they compare to other places they have been. I am not a food critic by any means. I take these places as they are - local flavor - local food -... More

I have eaten here on my way to Yellowstone. I arrived at 1150 and I could not try the breakfast which looked delicious. I had the Buffalo burger very nice and tasty, I did not take the fries and had some small fried pieces of fish or mesh potato (I think but could not tell 100%). The food is ok... More
