This restaurant was recommended by a clerk at the market and we were grateful for the tip. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly.

We were in Yellowstone Park and needed a place to eat so we went to Gardiner. This restaurant was just the place. It is right on the river and the food and service were super. We were impressed with the service and food was very good and hot. It was in a rustic cabin setting and fitting for being in... More

It's almost impossible to find good Texas barbecue anywhere but Texas. The brisket was wonderful. Great service as well

We eat here every year when in Yellowstone. The food is good and it is relatively fair priced. I think it's the best resturaunt in Gardiner.

The Studio, where I stayed, is a charming little efficiency. Attractively designed, nicely laid out, and well furnished. I only wish I was staying longer!

Visited Yellowstone National Park for two weeks in October. Stayed in Gardiner a few nights. Cowboy Lodge and Grill has been one of our mainstays for the past few years while going to Yellowstone. Usually get the BBQ chicken dinner. For dessert the Berry Cobbler is really really good...a la mode of course! The food isn't gourmet but basic comfort... More

Not much open in Gardiner during the shoulder season of October/November. Cowboy's was open so tried for dinner. Special was a broccoli cheese soup. I was expecting a nicely thick cheesy texture, but received big bits of broccoli in a bland and watery broth, that had no cheese taste. I then had a salad with what was advertised as bbq... More

I didn't read the reviews before I went for lunch - I was just starving! Servers were polite and friendly but not trained well. I had fish and fries in a basket, it came very quick, and sure enough the fish wasn't cooked. I sent it back and then the same plate returned, with half eaten fish, fries, and knife... More
