My daughter and her husband had their wedding reception at Rainbow Ranch Lodge Restaurant on November 7, 2015. We worked with several staff members, Carrie, Jake, and Mollie, for over a year planning a bonfire the night before the wedding and a reception for 100 people in the lodge after the wedding. Everything was perfect! The food was outstanding. We... More

We had stayed here before and had a wonderful time in a Riverside room with a King bed and Fireplace. We even had the Romance package which included Champagne, Truffles and dinner in the dining room. It was based on that experience we wanted to return. When I made the reservation this past July for our October visit I requested... More

Arrived at 6 to an empty restaurant. Promptly seated at a beautiful indoor spot overlooking the river. They have an extensive and expensive wine menu. Bar had some delicious specialty drinks especially the Huckleberry cocktail. Unfortunately, the bar ran out of vodka after three people ordered these. We had the cheese board and bacon wrapped prawns as an appetizer. They... More

Restaurant was empty when we arrived at 6:30pm. There were quite a few cars in the lot, but they must have been lodgers. From the front desk to the dining room service, we were under-served. Everyone was nice enough, but didn't seem engaged...like we were interrupting something. The quality of the food was excellent, but the prices were so out... More

I very seldom take the time to write a review unless the experience is way off the bell-shaped curve. We ate at several of the better reviewed restaurants in the Big Sky area with and picked RR because of the favorable reports in Trip Advisor and Wine.com. The lodge itself is beautiful in a stunning location: very picturesque and serene.... More

Great service, super wine list. Expensive and not a place to bring 2 footers/small children. The menu has gotten a little gamey. In my opinion they need to have a regular filet and a grilled fish of the day.

The restaurant offers entrees that are quite different than many other restaurants around which is a refreshing change. Our Bison Bresola appetizer was delectable. I went with my typical fish and the Ivory salmon didn't disappoint. However, my husband hit the food jackpot when he ordered the wild boar. The cocktails were refreshing and were obviously crafted so you would... More

We ate breakfast here twice during our stay, and it was yummy both times. My husband stuck to the yogurt parfait, with homemade granola and plenty of berries with a freshly baked (just out of the oven) pastry. I chose french toast one day which comes with prickly pear or huckleberry syrups along with the traditional maple syrup. A wonderful... More

Great atmosphere. Exceptional service and food. Party of six and everyone enjoyed their entree (venison, filet, mushroom curry dish). Broad wine selection. Worth the money.
