I think we were in a different place from that which got all the rave revues. From the man who carried the burgers in his dirty hands to the BBQ to the in edible ribs and the dirt encrusted water jug......oh for a visit from the public health authorities

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The cheddar bomb burger was the special so I tried it. As mentioned in other reviews I asked for catsup and the owner/cook growled “it’s got sauce don’t need catsup”. It did have Thousand Island dressing on it; however, I would have liked catsup. The cook/owner/waiter made it clear I was not going... More

We ate at Buns N Beds twice! The food is mostly made from scratch, great sauces and milk shakes! We enjoyed visiting with the wait staff and especially enjoyed the Cheddar Bomb special! the downside is they close early -- 6-ish -- so you need to plan to eat early.

We stopped for sandwiches to go on a recent trip through Cooke City. Food was delicious and the big cookies are amazing. I've noticed some reviews that the owner is rude. He's probably tired of city slickers expecting 5 star service. Folks, you are in Cooke City, Montana and when there is distance between restaurant offerings, I'm taking a rustic... More

We went in at 0945 to see if we could get sandwiches made. Door was open. On arrival we were told that they did not open until 1000. We were advised closed sign was on window. Maybe the door should stay closed if the store is closed. Gentleman inside was rude.

My family and another stopped here for lunch on Saturday before heading into Yellowstone. We were attracted by the smell of the grill and the advertisement of BBQ dinners. Well, first, there was no actual BBQ dinner in the normal meaning of the word. There was a $10.95 Baby back rib plate which could hardly be called BBQ as there... More

Simple deli food, with friendly staff & nice beer. A pleasant place to stop before or after going over the Beartooth Highway.

My family and I stopped here after a long day in Yellowstone. We stopped by several eateries along the stretch of the town and settled here when the cook offered to make anything the kids wanted to order. All of us (except one) ordered the special of the day - a sirloin burger with their signature sauce, chips and a... More

This was a fun stop along the way. Food was cooked to order outside and delivered ready to eat inside by a delightful cook. Server has a sense of humor. BEWARE of the bathroom door lock, which only sounds like it is locking. I walked in on someone and someone walked in on me....but no harm done.

You know not many places open so we stopped here. Ok so we are meat and potato kinda of people and they have fancy sandwiches and weird burgers which sorry isn't for us. The waitress was rude, and I asked just for a basic burger she kept trying to get me the special of the day and I said no... More
