Great soup and sandwhiches. Very nice to get good food in a small town at a good price. Nice people too.

Had, the special for lunch. BBQ brisket. TINY PORTIONS of meat, beans, and potato salad. Over $20 we left hungry and very disappointed. So much for supporting the locals

Ribs were ok. Giant chocolate chip cookie was great. Burger was huge and very good. When I asked the worker if they were open year round, she just said yes. Not very friendly.

We chose this café because it had an open parking space in front of it at lunchtime in this small town outside of Yellowstone. It was a silly reason, but it turned out great. It’s a small rustic log building with a sports theme inside. There’s not a lot of charm – think coolers and deli case, but it’s clean... More

We ended up staying in Cook City for a couple days waiting out the weather as we were going to climb Granite Peak. Not a lot of places to eat here but we chose this place on a whim and were not disappointed. Very friendly lady that chatted with us and was interested in what we were doing in the... More

I love when people complain about what comes on a specialty burger because they want something else on it. Then why didn't you order a plain burger with ketchup? The way it comes is what makes it a "specialty burger" so ignore that, go here and EAT! Everything was delicious and the owners are very sweet and friendly.

Locally owned, excellent sandwiches and friendly staff. We ate there twice during our stay in Cooke City. Best of everything. I felt like I was eating at a friends house as we chatted with the owner and got the scoop on what was happening in town, etc.

I think we were in a different place from that which got all the rave revues. From the man who carried the burgers in his dirty hands to the BBQ to the in edible ribs and the dirt encrusted water jug......oh for a visit from the public health authorities

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The cheddar bomb burger was the special so I tried it. As mentioned in other reviews I asked for catsup and the owner/cook growled “it’s got sauce don’t need catsup”. It did have Thousand Island dressing on it; however, I would have liked catsup. The cook/owner/waiter made it clear I was not going... More

We ate at Buns N Beds twice! The food is mostly made from scratch, great sauces and milk shakes! We enjoyed visiting with the wait staff and especially enjoyed the Cheddar Bomb special! the downside is they close early -- 6-ish -- so you need to plan to eat early.
