I had supper here one evening while staying in Cooke City in June 2014. The meal and dessert were delicious and the staff working there were lovely.

Really cool old log cabin converted to restaurant with outdoor-themed decor. The steaks were great - well prepared and large portions. Good service. There is outside seating which would have been nice, but it was too cold when we were there.

Good food and great service. The staff is super friendly. It was much more than I expected in such a remote location.

This is a casual cafe in a log cabin. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a group of 4 - one vegetarian - and everybody found something they liked on the menu. We especially enjoyed the potato chips that came with our sandwiches. They had a huge selection of beer. The desserts sounded incredible but we only had room... More

I would rate this the best place to eat in Cooke City. The services was outstanding, even during a busy night. The menu had a good selection plus a good selection of wine. The dining area is not fancy but cozy and not too noisy.

The food was overpriced and just average. We found the Soda Butte diner across the street to be better

I was not offered the accompanying alter for my "burnt offering buffalo burger" - it felt a little sac religious. The gyro was very thinly odd colored shaved meat (all three pieces) were served on a pita with a minute bit of lettuce and onion and mayo; NOT cucumber sauce as listed on the menu. The hamburger was well done... More

Great beer selection. I was a little concerned about how the food would be so far from anything, but the roast beef on my French dip was medium rare and delicious. My wife had the Reuben and enjoyed it as well. The next time we pass through we'll definitely stop in again.
