Ok but need to improve service

Cant expect much in Cooke City but we went for lunch and ordered soup and bread. After quite a wait the soup arrived but no bread. We eat the soup and then the bread arrived. What we got was good but we really needed it all served together. I don't think it was too much to ask. Anyway, we would... read more

Cooke City is laid out along a single main street and we weren't expecting much. My kids were attracted to this restaurant by the facade on the street and at the time we didn't have cell service or we'd have looked up the place on trip advisor and probably avoided it. The food was a little expensive, and as others... More

It is amazing how this place keeps its menu going at such a distance from sources of ingredients. Ate here twice during a Natural Habitat winter Yellowstone tour. Food was excellent!

We ate here and the burger and service were very good. It was nice that they have a fireplace there to warm up at end of day from snowmobiling.

They are open for breakfast and lunch. Not for diner typically. A little on the high side but good people. Most of town is a little high considering the remoteness of the local.

The family and I drove down from Billings for a snowmobiling trip. After a day of snowmobiling we wanted to try a cozy dinner. We could not have picked a better place. We arrived right after they opened for dinner hours. The owner greeted us with a smile and started a fire for the kids. We ordered and the food... More

A delightful place for lunch. Located in picturesque Cooke City, MT just outside Yellowstone Nat'l Park. We enjoyed a nice lunch while admiring the previous night's 4 inch snowfall on rooftops. I particularly appreciated the service after cleaning up the half glass of wine I had spilled, along with the broken glass, I was presented with a full glass !... More

Best pancakes I have ever had! Service can be slow if they are busy. Small grill and sometimes understaffed. Never tried dinner. Have friends who love it and others who think it is overpriced.

Surprised at the excellent food and beverages offered here. We were quite hungry after spending long days watching critters and the mountains. Feel free to order everything from the menu since everything is great!

Breakfast was very nice with a roaring fire warming us on a cold morning. Staff was attentive. Prices seemed a bit high for the area.
