Good BBQ and Sides

I had brisket and smoked chicken. brisket had a nice smoke ring, chicken had a crispy skin and good flavor. mac n cheese was good. I tried a couple of their sauces; all had a good taste to them. I would go here again for sure. gf had the Carolina pulled pork and enjoyed it. BBQ is going to... read more

Stopped here just because we saw it and like to try local BBQ. Turned out to be a great decision. Three of us went. We all had 2 meat platters. Between the three of us, we had pulled pork, burnt ends, and ham. There wasn't one complaint at all, in fact, all 3 of us thought it was some of... More

Not great BBQ, with a general lack of smoky flavor, but OK if you are craving BBQ. Unfortunately the prices have gotten out of hand to the point where I've decided not to go back.

The exterior isn't going to draw you in, but if you brave it, it's well worth it! The BBQ ribs are outstanding (baby back & St. Louis style)! The meat just fell off the bone, the rub and sauce are very good, and more sauce available on the table if you need it. Lots of fries and cole slaw served... More

A whole group of us went in Sat. to especially have the burnt end sandwich which is always delicious. But not this time. It was nothing like we have ever had before and we have been coming here for over ten years. The meat was not end pieces, it was a fatty cut of brisket that had no flavor except... More

Nice guy working the counter alone. They had no ribs in stock, which was disappointing at 4pm. The pulled pork was excellent but the brisket was surprisingly dry and tough. The sides on the menu sounded a lot better in writing than they appear in the refrigerator case. I'd try it again to see what the baby back ribs are... More

Holy Smokes! Bar 3 is good. We went with a large group of friends and ordered a huge plate of everything for about $100, which was about $6 per person. It was great! We loved having enough so everyone could try what they wanted. There was still some left to take back to the hotel! There was not a single... More

The pulled pork was very bland and needed one of their spicey sauces to give it any kind of flavor. They only have bottled beer and when we were there only had one bottle of regional IPA.
