Bery good food to go with a high end wine bar. Unique furnishings and nice atmosphere. Wine is the reason to go!

I ski Big Sky every hear and I must say my first stop before heading up the Pass is Plonk. Great to unwind from a long flight with a nice choice in wine and great appetizers. Dinner selections are also top notch with a changing menu. Highly recommend as one of my top picks in Bozeman.

I like the dim lighting, it's romantic. I've been there for a birthday and for a networking event. You can grab some light food and a drink. They have comfy couches and high tops tables. Style for everyone.

The atmosphere here is so fun, it almost feels like New York in Bozeman. The cocktails are absolutely amazing. It is such a treat!

We had a large group dinner here and enjoyed the private room downstairs. Excellent, knowledgeable staff who took good care of us. A very good wine selection and very nice menu!

The seafood offerings have unusual and wonderful accompaniment. Very creative chef. Smart, swanky place. Not sure there is any better in Bozeman. Also took a large group and all were fairly amazed. Nice big long tables in back for groups, small tables front, good mix of seating, and the bar is modern and inviting.

Plonk serves some of the best drinks in town and has an exceptionally good selection of wine. This bar has good vibes and I would definitely recommend paying a visit!

I was looking forward to going there to see what all the fuss was about. Yes, the food and drinks were good, but they were doll-sized. Not only that, but over-priced.

We went there for dinner on a visit to Bozeman a couple weeks ago. The food was tasty and they had a sufficient variety of vegetarian items on the menu. The only caveat is the noise level. We were there mid-week, but by the time we left, you couldn't carry on a conversation without shouting.

The salt and pepper martini is the only reason I need to visit Plonk again. I prefer to go early before the music gets turned up. Sometimes it is difficult to converse over the rucus. The food has always been attractively presented and tastey.
