Quite good food, decent service and prices

This is a great place for dinner. Dimly lit and inviting, casual yet upscale environment. Great wine and interesting (albeit small) beer menu. The staff is fantastic and so helpful! Had a great speck pizza, wood fired and delicious, some amazing appetizers- the burrata, and a salad with roasted beets- so delicious! Great dinner and environment for a lovely meal... More

The food was very delicious. The service was good and prompt. The atmosphere was very inviting. The pasta as well as the bread is homemade. We had the gnocchi, spaghetti, and bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. All were exceptionally good.

We were soooo excited to enjoy wood fired oven pizza and Blackbird Kitchen nailed it. We enjoyed the salad, beer and wine also. Service was great. We will be back!

We were on a road trip and spent one night in Bozeman. We parked in the beautiful, historic downtown and went for a walk. When we walked by Blackbird Kitchen, there was just something about the curb appeal that called out to us. It was 6 PM and the place was already very busy. It is small; intimate and comfortable.... We had the Salsiccia pizza. Fennel sausage, peppers and mozzarella. The wood fire crust and flavors were excellent. A bottle of Casamatta red was a great pairing. Finished with Pistachio Cake and Pear pie. Both awesome. The meal was fresh and grade A. We will be back.

On my, oh my, the unique combinations of flavors joined with original recipes resulted in a most memorable dining experience. Brick oven pizza, while always good, will never be the same after tasting the toppings offered at Blackbird Kitchen. We ordered three different pizzas to share. Each had it's own mix of unique, scrumptious toppings. Even though we ate pizza,... More

Charming Main Street Bozeman offers many dining opportunities. Don't miss Blackbird Kitchen for its other worldly bread and baked goods. The menu is small, but quite creative, focusing on delectable wood fired pizza with fine toppings. The Funghi pizza is a delightful take off on the mushroom pizza substituting a variety of high quality fresh mushrooms for the usual. Adding... More
