Beautiful setting watching deer come out of the fields, the fish were hopping in the pond and the mountains as a back drop...gorgeous! Oh and the building too! Fantastic service and fantastic dinner!! Will definitely be going back next year when we're out west.

We had bbq for two which would easily feed 3. Bloody mary was excellent. The wait is long and explained when you check in. The wait is worth it...people watch while you wait or sit outside by the river and soothe your soul. Interesting wall decor..felt very much like a roadhouse ..atmosphere is great. Go for the night...it's a fun... More

We came here on a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, the hostess was cordial and prompt, we were seated in a nice spot with great views, and a comfortable atmosphere. Our server, eventually came to our table about 10 minutes later, and asked if we wanted any drinks, other than water. We said we were still undecided, so she... More

This was by far an amazing dining experience. You HAVE to know how to get here! This place is remotely located but so worth the effort to travel to. We were fortunate to have a warm evening and the French doors to the the dining room were wide open with a gentle breeze blowing. It was heavenly as we looked... More

My girlfriend and I dined here and stayed at the lodge while visiting friends (who recommended them) over Thanksgiving break. We had dinner two evenings and everything was incredible. The chef specials both nights were creative and delicious! The friendly staff, warm ambiance and cozy fireplace are all reasons we will return. If you stay overnight at the lodge you... More

Ate here twice and loved both meals. A quiet and beautiful spot located at the quaint Gallatin River Lodge. The service was excellent, the food was beautifully presented and really good. I would highly recommend this place if you are passing through Bozeman.

We've stayed in Bozeman many times but this was out first time at the Gallatin River Grill. Friends have stayed at the Inn itself for fly fishing and highly praised both the accommodations and the food. The inn is situated along the Gallatin river on extensive grounds off a dirt road west of Bozeman proper, in a residential area of... More

We were traveling to Bozeman to see a niece and daughter going to school at MSU. I found the River Lodge on a web search. We were late getting to the Lodge for check in after stopping at the University. We arrived at about 8PM entered our rooms and went back for dinner to the dinning room. We enjoyed the... More

Thsi is a wonderful place, not only the resaurant, the entire place. Beautiful grounds with wild animals on property. When we were there last week at dust there were dear, rabiits and a owl in view. The service is as good as the food. A high $30.00 corkage fee, but the wine list is excellent. No need to bring your... More

We have stayed at the Gallatin River Inn several times as were are returning from a vacation in Yellowstone National Park (the inn is only a few miles from Bozeman airport). I have reviewed the inn (unbelievable place to stay), but had failed to review the inn's restaurant. First, they have a fairly extensive and good wine list. We always... More
