Description: The Gallatin River Lodge is the most spectacular place to dine in Bozeman and southwest Montana! With breath taking views, creative & classic cuisine, an outstanding wine selection and a full bar, the lodge guarantees a dining experience you will remember. Each aspect of dinner at the lodge is made from in-house ingredients; from our bread baked daily to Chef Craig's famous huckleberry ice cream. Our culinary team works exceptionally hard to bring an array of Montana products to your table. We serve locally sourced meats including select game items, poultry from local growers and offer a good selection of seafood sourced from west coast suppliers. We are so appreciative of our local farms, ranches & dairies that allow us to bring such quality products to our guests.Homemade creations continue throughout the restaurant, as all of our innovative cocktails are designed from scratch. You will find a handpicked selection of Montana made micro brews, a full selection of premier liquors, and outstanding wines to accompany your meal. Our wine list boasts unique selections from around the globe with more than 120 bottles to choose from. One of the most enjoyable aspects of a dinner at the GRL is our Montana landscape. Our dining rooms offer picturesque views of the Spanish Peaks, a table side trout pond, grazing dear, eagles & hawks and the occasional rainbow. Drinks and dessert always taste better when enjoyed in front of the fire in our great room. Hands down, we offer the best dining experience in the Gallatin County. The Lodge also offers an exceptional space for corporate dinner parties, weddings, retreats or any array of special events. We are highly flexible with arranging space, coordinating menus, and helping organize an entire event. Experience the best Montana cuisine in the area. We are open nightly and reservations are appreciated!

Dined here back in August of 2014. The place is nice, the lodge looks comfortable, although I didn't stay here, only had dinner. The setting is quite nice. We sat next to floor to ceiling glass doors that were opened to reveal a setting as if you were outside. We saw some wild life in the distance and the pond... More

We stayed at the lodge and had dinner there. My husbands cod and my steak was fabulous. French silk pie was not to heavy and excellent. Love this place!

We came there for a special celebration dinner. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, as were the drinks. Most importantly, and refreshing, was that we were not rushed out. Unlike other Bozeman restaurants, we were not treated as just some bodies to get rushed out and replaced by others. Beautiful and idyllic scenery.

We visited the Gallatin River Grill in September and had a reservation; we arrived early, but still had to wait almost 2 hours for a table. The food was very disappointing, but expensive. Would never return to that particular restaurant. Bozeman has lots of wonderful restaurants, unfortunately, Gallatin River Grill is not one of them.

Beautiful setting watching deer come out of the fields, the fish were hopping in the pond and the mountains as a back drop...gorgeous! Oh and the building too! Fantastic service and fantastic dinner!! Will definitely be going back next year when we're out west.

We had bbq for two which would easily feed 3. Bloody mary was excellent. The wait is long and explained when you check in. The wait is worth it...people watch while you wait or sit outside by the river and soothe your soul. Interesting wall decor..felt very much like a roadhouse ..atmosphere is great. Go for the night...it's a fun... More

We came here on a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, the hostess was cordial and prompt, we were seated in a nice spot with great views, and a comfortable atmosphere. Our server, eventually came to our table about 10 minutes later, and asked if we wanted any drinks, other than water. We said we were still undecided, so she... More

This was by far an amazing dining experience. You HAVE to know how to get here! This place is remotely located but so worth the effort to travel to. We were fortunate to have a warm evening and the French doors to the the dining room were wide open with a gentle breeze blowing. It was heavenly as we looked... More

My girlfriend and I dined here and stayed at the lodge while visiting friends (who recommended them) over Thanksgiving break. We had dinner two evenings and everything was incredible. The chef specials both nights were creative and delicious! The friendly staff, warm ambiance and cozy fireplace are all reasons we will return. If you stay overnight at the lodge you... More
