The pancakes are out of this world. My friend said she had the best eggs Benedict ever. The French toast was good too. My friend said her two lattes were fantastic. We come here once a year before catching our plane home. Very sure you will love the experience.

The menu is loaded with everything I love right now: grassfed local beef, local eggs, local or regional emphasis, fresh, fresh, fresh. This place just keeps getting better and better. Nova has really found itself and committed to an excellent model of service, menu + specials, ambiance and you know what? just kindness. I've been there at least 4 times... More

We came here on a Saturday for brunch and it was packed - we had to wait about 45 minutes for a table, but at least they were accurate in giving us our wait time. And at least the wait was worthwhile because the food was quite good. I had the special of pastrami Benedict, which was sort of a... More

My partner and I had a wonderful breakfast together. Service was excellent. The eggs benedict with hash browns was amazing. The ham was excellent and the hash browns were crispy and had a wonderful rosemary flavor. My partners benedict with lox was also amazing and came with the same amazing hash browns. Great coffee and service. Don't miss this sport... More

We went here for breakfast on Sunday, August 31. Mostly met our expectations. Western omeltte - cooked just right, with the right mix of condiments. Chocolate pancake - cooked just right; not too sweet, not overcooked. French toast - cooked just right; simple and yet multi-dimensional. Good sense of interior decor. Our server was friendly. Many servers here. Good location... More

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I have been there several times and have yet to be disappointed.

The biscuits are thin and very overcooked. The gravy is just ok....definitely have had better and I won't be getting biscuits and gravy here again. Eggs and bacon were very good and the service was good.

I love the nova is an understatement. There breakfast is the best and you can be sure everyone else knows that as there is usually a line out the door on the weekends. Be sure to reserve a table or get there early, if you get stuck in line I have never waited ridiculously long. There food is worth it.... More

Restaurant is right down town. Town was crowded and parking somewhat difficult to find. My wife had the BLAT (butter lettuce, duck bacon, avocado, and really tasty roasted Roma tomatoes) with Gorgonzola dressing. Lots of flavors. I had the curry chicken salad (curried chicken, mango chutney, beet chips and cashews) with romaine hearts on the side with some of the... More
