An out of the ordinary place to enjoy breakfast, not your everyday fare. I enjoyed the Frittata w Montana meats and a very delightful tomato jam.

I've been going to the Nova Cafe for years. They always have a variety of breakfast specials (including homemade sausage and interesting pancakes) and and extensive menu.

A great local place for breakfast and lunch, with long lines on the weekend. We were there for a weekday lunch and got right in. I had the eggs Benedict special which was two locally made sausage patties on a bed of spaghetti squash topped with two perfectly poached eggs and homemade hollandaise sauce. It was served with crunchy fried... More

The huevos rancheros was very good. The kids all had pancakes and they didn't disappoint although I didn't try any. The coffee shop that is attached served a good darkroast while we waited for a table.

The food is good and usually decent service. It is a fairly liberal establishment which can get a little annoying but overall a decent breakfast place.

Consistently the best breakfast in Bozeman. Wait time can be 20 minutes or longer on the weekends, so plan ahead and go with a good friend who likes to converse. (Makes the wait time go by faster!) if you're a small eater like me, split an omelette with a friend. The wait staff won't sneer at you for splitting! Friendly... More

I had the chorizo omelette and coffee. Both were good but not excellent. The coffee could have been stronger and the chorizo could have been spicier, but I AM judging it using Mexican standards. They do try to locally source menu ingredients, which is a plus. Emily was my server and she was welcoming and efficient. The menu has good... More

I returned to Nova Cafe recently after 3 years absence, having lived in Bozeman for many years. Nova has always served the best breakfast in Bozeman ever since it opened and we have gone many times. The menu is creative with such winners as turkey hash, great egg scrambles and delightful takes on eggs Benedict. The ingredients and the preparation... More
