My favorite breakfast!

Awesome service and amazing food. Nice to see them supporting the local economy. Get the eggs benedict. i like mine with extra microgreens on it, and I have never seen this option on a breakfast menu and think it is amazing!

Had disappointing, unfortunate experience recently in Feb 2015. Had very good (4+/5) experiences with The Nova Cafe in 2011, 12 and 13 during annual family visits to Bozeman. On what will be perhaps our final visit, Service was friendly but spotty (meal items forgotten) and they were not particularly busy (though I could be wrong about being busy, they had... More

What a great surprise! A little bit of everything on the menu all with a little twist. Service was as good as it gets....everyone was friendly, helpful and went overboard to make a pleasant dinning experience. Not an ordinary diner, definitely a step above the average diner but still reasonably priced. Great cup of coffee too!

We had lunch and it was fresh, delicious, simple and perfect. Try the Quinoa side, it is very delicious! Very casual and only open for breakfast and lunch, closes at 2.

The Nova has become an institution for breakfast-goers in Bozeman. The daily specials are creative and typically yummy, the latte options nice, and the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice a real treat! Good local products are a theme, and this place will also please the hipster. Not a place for a cheap breakfast, but good, hearty, local, healthy food!

Great eggs benedict. Good hollendaise but be careful if you ask for extra, it'll cost you 2.75 extra and they won't tell you. Great latte!

Always enjoy eating here on each trip to Bozeman. Very broad menu with food that is consistently well-prepared & arrives quickly. Service, from what appear mostly to be MSU students, is good-to/great. Always busy venue, whose customers are varied and happy-seeming. Would give 5 stars, but the coffee always could be stronger & the sweet relish on the "messy frittata"... More

We arrived late at night for our first trip to Bozeman and were looking for a hearty breakfast in the charming downtown. We saw good reviews for the Nova Cafe so we headed there. We had a short wait of 10 minutes or so before we scored a table for two on the sidewalk. It was fun to watch the... More

Great decor, right on Main St. Great menu and breakfast burrito was so good - homemade salsa, generous with avocado! Service was very slow, though, and there was no crowd as we were early.

An out of the ordinary place to enjoy breakfast, not your everyday fare. I enjoyed the Frittata w Montana meats and a very delightful tomato jam.
