Delightful breakfast

Had a wonderful breakfast here when visiting Bozeman to see my son. They have a terrific menu with lots of choices featuring local ingredients. I had an omelette with the house made chorizo and it was perfectly spiced. ..lots of flavor and just enough heat. Also had to try the biscuits...very... read more

My husband and I stopped into The Nova Cafe for breakfast and were so impressed that we went back the next day. We were thrilled with the Locavore Benedict and Myli’s Mess Frittata and the fresh squeezed juices and chai lattes were great as well!

Grabbed breakfast here on our way out of town after a quick one night stay in Bozeman. Fantastic food, great service, clean and clearly very popular with the locals. There was a wait, but definitely worth it. Hope to get to stop back here some day.

They were happy to make substitutes but with an extensive menu to choose from it was easy to please the little... More
