Breakfast time is great!

At The Nova Cafe. Even though it was bit of a wait-about 15minutes- it's worth it. The eggs were cooked just right, the wait staff is cheerful and prompt. And there was no hurry up to finish the last cup of coffee. I plan to go back next time I'm in Bozeman .

Our favorite breakfast spot in Bozeman, if we are up for a wait on the weekend. The food is always spot on and their latte's and cappuccinos are wonderful. Their local sourced food is unbeatable. Recommend!

Nova is reliably good. I have probably eaten there 3-4 times now. This time I had a delicious version of a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon on ciabatta with tomato compote. The coffee could be better, but it is certainly fine.

after an extensive wait, in spite of open tables waiting to be bused, the food clocked in at very mediocre. menu has some excellent choices, although they weren't well executed by the kitchen. if you must go, avoid weekend mornings, when the service seems to be too rushed and sloppy.

Great experience all around. Amazing coffee and food in the heart of Bozeman. Our server, Emely was very friendly and gave excellent service. I highly recommend this place.

We had breakfast here during a two-week stay in Bozeman. Nova Cafe did not disappoint. The crab cake benedict was so good. I would eat it every day for breakfast if I could. The coffee was great, and the service was friendly. The decor was fun and funky. Go eat there immediately.

Really good food and really good staff. They have options for just about any diet. Gluten free? Vegetarian? They have you covered. Family friendly. One of the best places we have ever eaten at for breakfast. They advertise locally grown food. They have reasonable prices. The restaurant was clean. We highly recommend this place and would 100% eat there again.

I have been to the nova several times and I can safely say it's one of the only places I eat at more than once in bozeman. I have ordered a great variety of things off the menu and never once has it dissapointed. My personal favorites are thr eggs benedict any variation that they have or the egg scramble... More

Stopped here for breakfast on our departure day from Montana on July 8th. Excellent service, very delicious food, and nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend this stop if you are hungry. Almost in the heart if downtown Bozeman, there's lots to see in this vibrant city.

Simply the best. Made me try to replicate them but have not succeeded so far. Share your recipe! Yum. Lemon curd with raspberries my favorite topping. Had them with blueberries today!
