Best breakfast. Ever.

Staying in Bozeman for a week, my girlfriend and I wanted to try as many different local restaurants as possible. After seeing the reviews for Nova, we decided to give it a try. Glad we did, because it was the best breakfast either of us had ever had and our experience was so great we carved out... read more

I was here in Oct '14 and loved it; came back here with my wife, daughter and son on Tues Jun 30. This place is so good and everyone in the fam puts this as the top in town breakfast

For the allergen avoider, this cafe has it all. Coffee cake, muffins, etc. all gluten free. They have alternative milks and plenty of options! Grab it to go or have a seat at one of the small tables.

Big plates, with a hipster appeal, but definitely expensive. Great environment but come early, it feels up in a hurry

I met a dear friend from college here last summer for breakfast, it's one of her favorite places and she's a local. My omelet was delicious, one of the best I've ever eaten, and I like it that they use local sources. Must try it if you visit Bozeman.

Based on a suggestion from someone we met at the gas station in Livingston, MT, we went to the Nova Cafe in Bozeman. It being a Sunday at about 10am, there was a 45 minute wait. With all of the great choices of brunch restaurants available within a 3 block radius, we still waited. It was worth it! The service... More

We love eating at local cafes that serve local fare, and Nova did not disappoint. My only complaint- there are so many delicious sounding menu choices the three of us had a hard time deciding. It looked like most people were ordering breakfast, so two of us chose huevos rancheros and locators Benedict, while the third decided on the Turk... More

Cute, colorful retro cafe in historic downtown Bozeman. Excellent food, strong coffee and accommodating for small tots.
