Ordering issues but food was on par.

Giving this place the benefit of doubt because they have only been open a couple of days. Ordering our meal was very difficult. The cashier seemed nervous and had a hard time finding anything we ordered. As a result of this he didn't get our full order. Sandwiches were great. So was the mac'n'cheese. Very clean and comfortable.

Had breakfast today at the Grains of Montana; G of M omelet which was fluffy, tasty, and complete with my choice of toast and potatoes. I had a side of bacon also. I've never had a bad meal here, though I usually go for the sandwiches which are exceptional. The place is clean, orderly, friendly, courteous, etc. For a nice... More

Enjoyed two wonderful breakfasts in the last two days. Monkey bread was very light, fluffy, flavorful and not too sweet. Pancake is also light and thick; not your usual thin pancake. Different yet very good. My wife's Grains of Montana omelet was similarly light, fluffy, and loaded w bacon, ham, and spinach..... delicious. Dinner we shared a chicken, artichoke, sun-dried... The Grains is one of my "go-to" spots for meals in Billings. The food is ALWAYS fresh and cooked to order. The baked goods are the best in town and they are very accomodating when it comes to customizing your order. The staff there has a customer first attitude and are always friendly and truly appreciate you patronizing their establishment.... More

For a different taste of the normal breakfast and lunch fare I recommend Grains. Their breads come from grain that is locally grown and they do something different with their seasoning that makes their meals unique. Family friendly and reasonable prices make this a great stop for a quick bite to eat.

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. The place was busy and we got our food quickly. The soup was delicious and my sandwich was fabulous. They have products to buy and I got the granola...so yummy

The decor and menu are indeed enticing as are the beverage choices. My disappointment was in wanting to have just a half sandwich with a side of baked yams - you can do this with soup, salad, or Mac and cheese but that's it. And a half sandwich by itself is not an option. If you have someone to go... More

We ate lunch here since it was close to the Costco. We decided to split the pizza with lots of toppings. Unfortunately, when it came out, the pizza was pretty bland. The crust was uneventful, the sauce bland and the meat toppings didn't have any flavor it to. We were disappointed. If we came back, we would try a sandwich... More

I have been there twice. For breakfast and for lunch, both time the staff was great, food was fast and delicious. Can't wait to go back.

I took my husband here for breakfast because he had never been there before. We both ordered the sunrise omelet which comes with potatoes and choice of toast... we got my favorite cranberry walnut bread... The omelet was delicious with a very tasty Italian sausage, onions, red pepper, and cheese. The potatoes were roasted perfectly and had just the right... More
