I know you think that anyone can cook an egg...and you are right, but these folks can put together a GREAT breakfast that always begins with the egg! I only ate breakfast there, with family, but we all were very pleased, right down to my grandsons. All five of us chose different menu items and we were all pleased with... More

We were in Kalispell for vacation and my daughter suggested this restaurant as it is one of her favorites. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on their patio. Beautiful atmosphere, great service and outstanding food. If you go here you won't be disappointed. The portions are generous and flavorful. I had the half order of the crepe omelet and it was... Be prepared to wait...for good food. We visited Echo Lake Café twice on our vacation to Echo Lake; first on a Saturday afternoon (waited 50 minutes to be seated), and on a Monday morning (waited 10 min). The portions were large and food was freshly made. Nothing fancy-but definitely good. My daughters salad, though described in the menu as being... More

For those of us who live a fast paced life in the big city, slowing down and savoring the moment can be challenging. A great place to unwind, visit with friends and family, enjoy the beautiful scenery and the lovely gardens, AND have an awesome meal is at Echo Lake Cafe. This is not a place for a drive-by meal.... Five of us arrived on the Tuesday before July 4th at about 8:30AM. We were shown to a table almost immediately but the restaurant started to fill soon after. Four of us ordered the two egg, two pancake, two sausage plate ($9.50). The pancakes were the size of dinner plates. One of our party ordered Joe's Special which was an... More

Open for breakfast and lunch daily. Sit inside or out. Had delicious cod tacos, split pea soup and burger w/ fries. All homemade and made to order. Local owners w/ good staff. A perfect spot to sit outside and just enjoy the view. Portions are large and worth the wait if there is a line.

We went for lunch with friends. We had to wait about 40 minutes to get into the place. We think it was because the food was basic but good. We were there for lunch and did some meal splitting. They were very accommodating. We enjoyed the meal.

Thanks again TA reviewers for helping us find this great restaurant on our road trip. Very busy when we walked in, checked out all the meals on tables, everything looked so good it was so hard to decide what to have. Both meals were great and very large! The homemade muffins where fantastic. Could easily split a meal, but so... More
