We make an annual summer time trip to Whitefish from Calgary, Alberta. This year was our fourth. On year 2 we discovered the Raven during a drive around Flathead Lake and have committed to making it an annual pilgrimage. Great food, great beer, friendly service all while sitting lake side watching the beautiful Montana sun set. This year we had... More

My Husband and I had a Great Lunch sitting out on the deck. Watching the boats out on the water. There's a deck that you can pull your boat up to and dock while you enjoyed and nice meal. We enjoyed a nice salad. I can't wait to came back.

We came here after spending the day at Flathead swimming. Since there is a boat dick area ( and people actually swimming up to the patio) we felt perfectly comfortable looking like we had "lake hair" and grubby sunscreen skin. Some were in swimsuits with cover ups, others were dressed casual but nice. All were acceptable. We managed to snag... More

This restaurant is across the road from the Islander Inn right on the lake. Good food, very friendly staff, fun watching boats come to the dock and the sunset. Free rum punch from the Islander Inn. Enjoyed the food and wonderful lakeside.

We had lunch outside, was a sunny day, food was great, service was OK. The waitress only came by once after our food was given, never brought our soda's, and put my Martini on a wobbly table, spilling some of it. I didn't complain. The view made up for the service I suppose.

Doesn't get much better than sitting on the deck at the Raven, local cocktail in hand, checking out the beautiful view of Flathead. If the deck is full you can belly up to the bar and listen to local acoustic which usually has a Jack Johnson/Island vibe. I love it. Their margaritas are amazing. I rarely pass by when I'm... More

This place is a wonderful way to enjoy lunch or just a drink. It is always a favorite to bring visitors here. With the dock tie up for boats or visit by car, you will enjoy the amazing view of the lake. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time. the food is made fresh and the place is usually... More

This rustic restaurant sits on the edge of the lake with a great view. The staff were more friendly than what I have read on the other reviews. It has a boat dock below the deck that is convenient for boaters. It can be noisy if it gets crowded. The bartender said they are known for their Baja fish tacos... More

The menu at The Raven was surprisingly creative and the view from the patio is incredible. We weren't acknowledged when we entered the restaurant so we sat ourselves. It was about ten minutes of servers walking past us before anyone came to talk to us. The food came out quickly but we weren't offered refills on our drinks at any... More
