Okay if you are driving through or staying awhile, this place is great! The food is so good and it's so affordable! The service is good, the staff are friendly and everything is clean including the restrooms. From the tin ceiling to the wall decor, there is an old west feel. The bar is old and polished until it shines!... More

I was very impressed with this restaurant. Nice ambience and very knowledgeable staff about the menu. I had the buffalo tenderloin which was great and my husband enjoyed. My husband had the coffee rubbed steak which was okay, but didn't taste unique enough to him. I would recommend this restaurant.

Servers are great and know the menu well. They make sure you are well taken care of. The lunch is good, could be better some days. The Fajita Soup was very very good. Glad to see they are still trying. Nice atmosphere. Relaxed without being too casual.Town Favorite.

Good food, well priced in a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed cocktails in a neat old style bar.

Located on the ground floor of the historic Grand Hotel, this place had a little of everything. We came in through the saloon where there were tables with people eating dinner. There was music coming from the lobby of the hotel where a local group was playing some country music. We thought this was the dining room but were surprised... More

I was told to stop in for dinner by the locals and was not let down. Very good food and in a great old hotel in down town Big Timber. This town has changed a lot in the twenty years since I've been through here. The locals were right and I was very impressed!

During our two-month stay in Livingston, we took advantage of the Sunday brunch at the Grand Hotel. For only $12.55, the all-you-can-eat fest is a bargain. The choices are not overwhelming. They always serve their signature scrambled eggs, which are wonderful. There is sausage or bacon, a casserole, such as lasagne. Then, roast beef or another more luncheon item, such... More

The energy level was high with many locals eating and visiting at this classic hotel/saloon, which made the dining experience great! The lamb was pricey ($33) but was served with class, cut at the table, and delicious. Fish and chips good too, lightly breaded, more fish than bread. Their chef obviously takes care with preparation and presentation of meals, salads... More

We drive a ways to dine and drink here with friends time to time from Bozeman, or if we are at a nearby RV park for the weekend. Great food and drinks (ample servings too!) but priced on the higher side for Montana small town fare. Menu has a good variety. Comfortable and friendly place. We recommend it! I do... More

Loved the old west feel of the dining room . A bit expensive for dinner but steaks were very good as was their local beer.
