Upscale Lounge for Skiers

Large comfy chairs in 4 top table setup but easily made into larger setups with no hassel from staff. Buffalo Sliders were a hit with our group and along with a icy glass of Beer was a great lunch. Actually a couple of us split the single serving and found it quite adequate for a ski lunch. Fries... read more

Located in the Summit hotel. After a long day of travel we wanted to check in and have dinner. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was packed. There was a singer, playing guitar. He along with the chair and table styles, gave the room more of a bar/lounge feel than a restaurant. The chairs are mostly low lounge chairs... More

I have a love affair with this place. We go to Big Sky every year and this lounge is a must for me after a long day of skiing, hot tub, and food. Great live music and wonderful ambiance. All the food we've had here has been good. Service has been a bit iffy.

Although the restaurant served less expensive items like pizza, we were in the mood for a real dinner. We shared the Elk special because the portions were so large. We were disappointed in the dish. It did not meet it's description. Wines were also more expensive than most restaurants we frequent.

We went twice as we were staying in the Summit hotel. At dinner, the maitre d walked away from us before showing us to our table. After being ignored for 15 minutes, I had to ask for someone to attend to us. Another five minutes passed before water was brought out. The food was poor. We returned for breakfast for... More

We were staying at The Summit and after a day of traveling decide to walk downstairs and eat at the hotel. While a bar it is a very nice place to have dinner. The cocktails were excellent along with the food. The service was attentive and prompt. The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.

Food choices were great and food taste superb. I love the roasted Brussels sprouts. The beef and trout was also excellent!

Pretty good food, however the service was a pretty slow. It's not the main season so I think they are not at the usual level. In the winter this is a great place for lunch and beer.
