Apres Ski - 1st Stop!

This place fills up quickly right after the lifts close so get in quickly! Great live music that when finished, almost saw an exodus from the bar of all the patrons. I had a great Bison burger and some excellent Clam Chowder (go figure?) Music starts up again around 8:30pm...and of course it... read more

great drinks and music. You won't want to get out of the comfy chairs. Only downside was the fireplace was out of commission.

If spa isn’t your thing, I suggest chillaxing at the Carabiner. Most afternoons there’s live acoustic music at the Carabiner Lounge. It’s the perfect spot for apres ski. We suggest taking your drink outside–there’s a roaring fire pit surrounded by snuggly white fur blankets. Get the kids a cocoa as you sip a nice Pinot Noir. I’m sure you earned... More

Very nice place to Apres, if service means nothing to you. The food was really, really good, but the poor level of service seriously detracted from the experience for me. I was in this place 3 times during my stay in Big Sky, mostly because it's lovely and convenient, and I got bad (and on one occasion, just plain rude)... More

We stopped in for lunch and hit the tail end of the rush. It took an hour for us to get the food. The waitress was very aware and apologetic for the wait. She comped our appetizer and kept communicating with us which helped. Luckily we were not in a hurry and her attentiveness definitely helped. The portabella fries and... More

Very nice bar with great appetizers. Atmosphere and decor are the best in Big Sky. Sometimes live entertainment which is always good and not too loud. Very comfortable seating. Oh, and great drinks too!

We had breakfast here two mornings of our stay - after having a horrible experience at Chet's. We were very pleased with the service and the meals, as well. They have oatmeal brulee. I'm not an oatmeal fan, but . .let me tell you, it was incredible! If I had my oatmeal this way every day, I'd be an oatmeal... More

Wonderful place to grab a drink and bar munchies and watch the last skiers of the day come down. Has a great outdoor patio with fire pit

This is a nice restaurant at the bottom of the hills. I had lunch there twice and dinner once and each time I was satisfied. The crispy chicken salad is my favorite. Only negative comment, there is not a lot of variety on the menu (starters, salad, sandwiches and one choice of pasta)

We just stopped in for dessert. I had creme brulee and my spouse some sort of Huckleberry dessert. Both very disappointing. The creme brulee was heavy with some type of crust. The Huckleberry dessert was doughy. We decided not to go back for sandwiches etc
