Gorgeous view, iffy food

The view and fire were great. The hostess had the fun idea to cram people next to each other even though it was slow, but that's OK. What's not OK is a restaurant serving Velveeta Bacon and Cheese macaroni. Ugh, I thought I was eating chicken á la salted glue. I went with my mom and her stew was... read more

We did not eat there, but, sweet bartender with excellent service. The venue would be amazing for a wedding!!!! We went in February, but, this place would be awesome in the spring or fall!!!!!

The evening walk in to the place was really pretty, and inside was a great atmosphere, but things fell apart quickly. Our server was nice, but our first order of drinks that should have come at the same time came at different times, with a lot of time in between. She didn't visit our table much, and her necessary trips... More

It was a little difficult to find but so worth driving off the beaten path! Georgous venue, great wine, great service! If we lived closer we'd be returning more often.

The scenery and landscaping are nice and the barn is gorgeous. The wine is ok, I liked Firetruck as I prefer red over white. The food is expensive so we didn't order any therefore can not comment on the quality. You are not allowed to bring in your own food and no one under 21 is allowed..but honestly people it's... More

I was at a wedding reception this weekend; The ceremony itself was beautiful, however: Regardless of whether or not the wedding party "pays for" the golf cart, you should make transportation accommodations for the elderly. It is a very long and hazardous walk from the parking lot to the wedding area. The other option, to stop on a two lane... More

Definitely give this place a try if you haven't. They have a good variety of wines they make in house as well as those from around the country. They also serve beer if you aren't a wine drinker. The grounds are pretty big with several lakes, and they have an outside seating with some covered outdoor seating as well. Food... More

Tried their Sunday brunch the day after Valentines Day. Asked for a table close to the wood burning fire which was perfect on a cold day. Brunch is buffet style. Reservations recommended. Served every Sunday starting at 11am. This particular Sunday was Mardis Gras themed. Jambalaya-very good, Red Beans and rice with the Cajun chicken was excellent, fresh fruit, biscuits... More

NOT Family Friendly. After visiting several other wineries in the area, when we went into this one, we were asked to leave, because we had a 3 month old with us, and "Under our insurance policy, all patrons must be 21." I doubt my 3 month old was going to be a patron that day. Very disappointed, and frankly, nonsensical.... More
