Wonderful food and never short on the portions. The Pho comes in a massive bowl with lots of rich broth, meat and veggies. Bun and Noodle soup are great, too. Great for carryout. I'm going to take my sister when she visits. She swears by Saigon 39 in KC, but I think this is better. I used to eat lots... more

I was not expecting to find a good vietnamese restaurant in springfield of all places, but to my suprise, i DID! The vermicelli noodles dishes, the fried eggroll, as well as the ricepaper wrap rolls were VERY good! - fresh veggies, mint, basil, very authentic flavors! The Pho was just average to below average... I tried the other Vietnamese restaurant... more

Simply great. I have been able to try several of their dishes as well as appetizers. Their Summer Rolls are light, and pack a lot of flavors. I tried their Lemon Grass Chicken (R1 I believe) and it was nothing short of Excellent. Great dinner, great atmosphere, great service. This restaurant is a must try. Be sure and try the... more

We are visiting family in Springfield and felt like having a nice big bowl of Pho noodles. Found Bambu in the yellow pages and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner there last night. The waitress Jaina was very friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and tasty and the restaurant seemed very clean. Would reccommend this restaurant if you like Vietnamese... more
