If you like healthy food this place is wonderful!! I got a spinach wrap and salad, delicious! You can get tea hot or cold. Loved it. We went with another couple the men were hoping it wasn't a girly place, the loved the lunch. Great little find. You can sit outside or inside.

I have been all over the United States and frequent tea rooms because of the style of food and atmosphere they provide and Tea Bar and Bites Cafe is simply the best. They take pride in insuring that the food they serve is fresh and it's always in season. I never have to worry about our food being simi okay... More

I just love Tea Bar and Bites. There is nothing better than breakfast on the patio at Tea Bar. Cool, crisp October morning , sipping a cup of warm coffee with melt-in-your-mouth quiche. Great neighborhood feel to boot.

went with my girlfriends for a lunch.. when we go out we like to try everything and share and visit.. I had been here once with my old boss as a "treat luncheon" and wasn't impressed then.. as with any tea room the layout and tables and chairs are uncomfortable. I ordered the sampler plate, hummus for the table, bowl... More

I love this place! The restaurant is always quiet and clean, the food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. I especially love sitting outside in the courtyard on a nice day. My favorite dishes include the panini and Asian chicken wrap. Also, try their coffee and pumpkin bars. Yummy!

Tired of the fast food, chain restaurant fare, my friend and I were looking for a fun lunch spot that we could enjoy during a girl's day out. The owner and the staff were extremely friendly.........the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The scones were so good, I bought some to take home and have later. Would totally recommend... Loved the atmosphere but not the food. The waitress recommended the quiche, she said it was really different, and it was... but not in a way I liked. Had the tea bar sampler plate with chicken salad and wasn't crazy about that either. Also had pita bread with hummus and it was alright but nothing special. My friend raved about... More

We were traveling thru Springfield at lunchtime and happened on this fabulous little restaurant. We had their coconut butternut squash soup, hummus platter and turkey Gouda panini. All were excellent but the soup was a real standout. I wasn't as crazy about the ice tea because it had a touch of cinnamon, but the lemonade was a hit. (Others in... More

I love this place! The food is fantastic and is fairly healthy. They only use locally grown produce. Their house iced tea is addictive as is their curry chicken salad. Their baked goods are the best, but I wish they had a larger selection. I love this place but can only afford it every so often.
