This past weekend my wife took me to this wonderful establishment for my birthday. It was not our first visit, but we left knowing we'd be back more often. We started off with the shrimp cocktail appetizer, which were quite large in size and tasted very fresh. We then split the ensalada especial topped with their house dressing. The server... More

Evening meal started off nice with fresh hot bread with butter and a trio of sauces with an olive oil base. Heavy garlic in two if the sauces. KC strip was $38. We knew the prices were high but, expected quality to match the price. Not. Steak was on the tough side and had to work to get it cut... More

We went here for the first time for a celebration dinner. I knew the steaks were in the $30 range and claimed to be 'prime' beef. However, these steaks are flavorless, not marbled and required a lot of chewing. I suspect the grade to be more like 'select' or even 'choice'. Also, as we were eating, I noticed the other... More

Came into town from California for a business trip. In order to plan ahead I searched around on here for some great steaks in the area came across Argentina Steakhouse as well as Flame. I was hesitant to try Argentina out because of some of the recent reviews people had given this place that were negative and very critical. I... More

I ordered a Ribye steak and it came with 3 different type of chimichurri sauces. The first sauce was credible; the second one was a variation of the first one and the third one was some sort of Korean sauce. Argentinean grilled meats are some of the best around so chefs should not label them Argentinean when they trying to... More

This is a very romantic place. It has great atmosphere and when we went they had a piano playing during dinner. I had the special which was a Kansas City strip steak with blue cheese cream sauce and two tiger shrimp on top with veggies for $36. The sauce was very week and somewhat watery with little blue cheese taste... More

Went here for the first time. I had the chicken. The sides were good, but the chicken was very dry. My husband had the pork tenderloin. It was terrible. The meat was very tough and almost impossible to chew. Soggy sweet potatoes were one of the sides. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. But the food was... More

This is one of my favorite lunch spots! The value for their menu is spectacular. I love eating dinner there as well. I definitely don't mind spending a little extra for great a great steak. Try the beef sashimi as your appetizer. Trust me...

Due to reviews went there with wife and kids. Was served choice steaks not prime by any means. Not in same league with metropolitan or avantare or touch but same price. We ate steaks and lamb which was poor.

When you walk-in, if you are a Baby Boomer, first impressions will remind you of the old supper club era. Low lighting, subdue atmosphere with a pleasant entry greeting from the host staff. Linen table clothes and linen napkins adorn your table setting. We enjoyed our present and past dining experiences at this establishment. Outstanding beef yet the seafood and... More
