Cafe Cusco is a fantastic little place to have a terrific meal in beautiful surroundings. The decor is gorgeous -- especially the intricately carved bar and booths decorated with stained glass. The service is impeccable -- personal and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. The mixed drinks were also to die for. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. I highly... More

What an excellent find! I wish I wrote the names of the family members that served us as they deserve to be recognized! The food was/is excellent and VERY reasonably priced. That being said it's the service and the personal attention that made the dining experience special. They were out of a particular gin for the drink I ordered and... More

If you've never had Peruvian food it is totally worth a try! Lots of fresh food and even vegetarian options. They have all kinds of dishes: Goat Burger, Quinoa Soup, Ceviche Tacos, etc. The vegetable dishes I've had are so fresh and full of flavor. Love Cafe Cusco! The owner has been to Peru and hiked the Inca Trail. His... More

beyond wonderful (and I am hard to please) If you are tired of going to place in Springfield that consider hitting "3 min' on a microwave to fix your dinner, then this is a refreshing change. I want real food, whole food, cooked and prepared with some passion...not just something slapped on a plate. Flavors where excellent...really--I couldn't believe that... More

Genuinely some of the best food in Springfield, even when compared with places like Metro. This was the third time I had been there. All times the food was fresh and tasted great! I highly recommend their veggie tamale and the fish tacos.

Just a wonderful little restaurant in downtown. I enjoyed the spicy seafood bisque and grilled trout salad. My companions enjoyed huevos verde and plantains. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Great value, and they had a live musician playing guitar. I worried it would be too loud but it was just beautiful background noise. Anxious to return

Cafe Cusco featur es Peru cusine in a lovely old building. Old wooden enclosed booths, tin ceilings, beautiful arches make the place elegant, quiet adn private. The food was delicious and plentyiful. I had a trout burger with steak fries and was very happy with my choice. My family had steak and eggs and the pork sandwich. All terrific. All... More

A great feeling of a nice place as you enter thru the doors, Hesitantly I tried the goat burger & had a salad for my side. The goat burger was different & it was good, I would try it again because it's a healthy alternative to beef, the salad was fresh & tasty, I'll be back

The place had great gluten free, local, and organic products. The service was great and the owner was there with a warm greeting for each table! <3 this place! Food was amazing and we can't wait to drive through Springfield again and stop in. -Jeana and Edgar Acosta

Just ate lunch at Cusco, and it was one of the most impressive meals I've experienced here in a long time. First I had a hard time deciding what to order, because I wanted one of each thing on the menu! We ended up with Cebiche for an appetizer (served with pickled beets and sweet potatoe fry wedges), I ordered... More
