Was drawn in by the thought of a peach concrete. The place was packed for a Thursday night. The line moved fast. The custard was great. Smooth, rich, and creamy. However, the peach needed help. It was basically half a peach sliced and at the bottom of the cup. It would of been better to have the peaches some what... More

We always stop at Andy's for their frozen custard. There are many flavors...everyone should be able to find something they like. Stop by for a sweet treat if you're in Springfield!

We go to Andy's all the time, as their custard is the absolute best you can find. I always want to try something different, but just crave the James Browne Jackhammer...that thing is delicious! My wife prefers the old fashioned floats....but you can't go wrong with anything you decide!

Everyone raved about Andy's and told us we had to go to Andy's. It more than lived up to the ravings! Besides the delicious ice cream it's a fun place to meet people. There are no seats but it was fun standing in groups eating ice cream! I got the Snow monster concrete!! Yummy! May have to go again before... More

Andy's is yummy and a convenient place to take the kids on a hot summer day as they have many locations throughout and around Springfield. However , if you want really thick and creamy ( the best you've ever had) custard, take the short drive to Nixa Mo to Route 66 custard. That's a treat!!'

We were in town from Austin, TX which is no stranger to good ice cream. What people from outside the Southeast don't realize is just how much richer the milk in this part of the country is. What that means is some of the best ice cream you will ever have. My son and I each got a "concrete" (like... More

I always have to get Andy's when I am in Springfield. It is the best custard I've tried. I usually love their seasonal treats (the latest was the blackberries with melted chocolate chips!) but also love the Woody P. Snowmonster and the Rico Suave Jackhammer (not on the menu but it's oreos, pecans, and the middle filled with hot fudge).... More

Andy's Frozen Custard is delicious. The whole family loves to visit for a treat. I just wish it was less expensive, so we could enjoy it more frequently.

I would like to know who the genius is who hires the workers. The best customer service in the U.S. Friendly and competent.

I have tried Custard from several places around the country and no one's is as good as Andy's . Just one visit and you will be hooked . When traveling to Springfield Andy's is my first stop when I get in town and my last stop when leaving town .
