This Texas Roadhouse is consistently good. I've never been disappointed in any of my visits. The atmosphere is neat, the food is delicious but more importantly my steak is always cooked right. That seems to be the exception rather than the rule when it comes to most steak houses for some reason. The rolls are delicious, the service is fast... More

I've been to Texas Roadhouse in Elk Grove, California and always liked it so I was pleased to see it off the freeway in Springfield, Missouri. The nice thing about a good restaurant chain is that you can rely on the food being consistent no matter which one you go to and this was the case here. The steak was... More

The food was awesome last weekend when we ate there. It was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse. I really enjoyed my strip, and the sides were delicious. It seemed like the server was either new or had a lot on her mind. She made sure food got to our table but she didn't seem all that concerned as... More

We ate here twice in one week while visiting family in the area. The first time, everything was excellent for a party of eight. As far as I know, everyone was pleased with their meal. The second time it was just my b/f and I. I have never felt so rushed in my life. The food came out very fast... More

We went there when they first opened and it wasn't very good. It was our second time there and it was excellent. Great food and service.

Ribeye steak was so tender I didn't need a knife to cut it. Juicy and flavorful. Baked potato was fluffy and piping hot. Salad was fresh and crisp, no brown pieces. The rolls were soooo good with the cinnamon butter on them. Our waitress was prompt with tea refills and removing used dishes. She was friendly and knowledgable on the... More

Enjoyed our time there. Told it would be a 55 minute wait, actually 58 but much better then most restaurants, who I think guess. 6 adults and 2 kids enjoyed the wait w peanuts and drinks. Service and food were good. Only one misstep in order. But no big deal. A good night out.

We went on a Friday night, there was a 45 minute wait. You could not even hear yourself talk due to the crow. The service was average, the food was average. Only went in the first place because we were staying across the street at the Holiday Inn. You do get a discount if you show your room card.

We chose it because It was close to our hotel. Amazingly we got right in (not used to that being from Houston :)) What we expected - good food. Service was great....we found the people in that area so friendly!
