This pizza place is hidden away in an unoccupied corner of a multibuilding shopping center. But they have been there for years, and are a small, friendly place with good pizza and knockout in-house salad dressings. Ask for the celery seed dressing! The daily specials are worth remembering. We like the Sunday special, a large, three item pizza for $12.50.... More

I've been coming to Wannagetta Pizza since it opened 12 years ago. I loved the previous owners, and the new owner has been extremely nice, the food is great, and the service is still friendly and exceptional. I know people were scared when it changed hands, but things are still great at Wannagetta Pizza. Now we can use credit cards... More

A few months back the ownership of Wannagetta Pizza changed. Change brought fear of higher prices, food not as tasty and slower service. And change happened.... but for the better. The crust is lighter, the toppings are thicker, the specials and prices are better and the service is still over the top friendly. Stop in and make new friends with... More

ate there twice in August. the second time was with a group. pizza is good - thin crust but not thick toppings so takes larger size to fill you up. not thick sauce either - some in our group liked that. reminded me a bit of Imo's.

We have been enjoying pizza here for 6 years, and have always been greeted with a smile by John and Sue. It had been a couple of months since our last visit, but our kids love the pizza and garlic twists. Right when we walked in, we could tell there was a difference. No ceramic dog in the corner dressed... More

I love thin pizza so I thought this place was great! My husband doesn't so he had another opinion. Lol it was just normal pizza, nothing too special. The ranch was really good. They now have their liquor license and have beer and a couple of wines. I liked their brownie too!

We needed a place to take 20 people after a 12 year old girls soccer game. The people at the restaurant, which is somewhat small, were very accommodating. They had a table set up for us and did a great job in taking care of everyone. Food and drink came out very quickly. Pizza is a very thin crust and... More

I really enjoyed the pizza here. The owner is a traveler who is also a photographer, he has a lot of his work hanging and it's for sale. I enjoyed looking at all his work and we had a really good conversation too! In fact we got so deep in talking, I distracted him and he left some bread in... More

Just happened across this place and thought we'd give it a try. We're very glad we did! The crust was excellent and the ingredients fresh. Nice, clean atmosphere. Great service! Was a bit surprised that they don't take credit/debit cards. Hubby and I plan to stop here at future trips to Springfield.

This restaurant is impossible to find! It is located on the backside of a strip mall. Not New York style. Not Chicago style (but they do have a deep dish, and a deep fried pie) This is an (incredibly) thin crust pizza with a few quality ingredients, cut into squares!. Think Quality, not Quantity! $10 for a small, 1 person... More
