Very good food, fun place and great CHICKEN! I'm sure they could live off of the haunted theme but their food is very good! For desert, had a apple cheese cake - wonderful!!!!!

We went for the Sunday dinner which everyone talks a lot about. On Sunday's from 11-8, a family style dinner with chicken, ham, beef, mash potatoes and gravy, biscuits, mac and cheese, coleslaw, green beans, corn, zucchini salad, and apples is served. Food is good, there wasn't anything I did not like. In particular, I liked the zucchini salad. The... More

Everyone should visit at least once, this was our second visit. Very historic St. Louis house that is full of intriguing history. Love that they have added a museum. The women there in the museum was very informative and there was a great collection of Lemp/Falstaff memorabilia. The book on the house and family is a must read. You must... More

We had dinner at Lemp Mansion on 8/16/2014. The food was excellent and the mansion is very cool and nostalgic . We saw a murder mystery theater along with our meal. The mystery involves nearly all diners so be prepared for fun and involvement.

Besides being a great historic site, the Lemp Mansion has a colored history. While you are there, check it out. Sunday dinner starts by a friendly greeting from the Maitre d who has been on staff for more than a decade. Once seated in one of their breathtaking dinning rooms, you are served family style. Roast beef, ham, fried chicken,... More

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the history of the Lemp Mansion! I've eaten here with my family a couple of times and have been disappointed by the food and the service. My husband's beef wellington was terrific! I ordered some kind of chicken and it was just barely okay for the price. My daughter ordered a pasta dish and... More

Went there on a Sunday late afternoon/early evening. The place is truly breathtaking. Restaurant staff provided excellent service, loved the atmosphere. What we ate was delicious!! They did an fantastic job at restoring it. If you are in the St.Louis area you must stop by and eat/tour the place. You will not regret it.

The house is impressive as you walk up to it, surrounded by the long defunct Lemp Brewery. We were greeted by a friendly "greeter", and wandered past a couple of ornate room to our table in what may have been the original sun room. The house is really interesting. The Sunday lunch was excellent. Great chicken. Tasty sides. The price... More

We stopped for lunch and the meal was just okay. It was like dining in an old house - the women's bathroom was interesting w/ the big tub in the middle. The service was prompt and friendly, lines on the table. I had soup/salad - the St Louis dressing was simply a ceaser salad - my husband had a cod... More

The all you can eat, family style Sunday chicken dinner is a whole lot of great food at a reasonable price. The meal is down home goodness, not fancy or trendy. The fried chicken is crisp and tasty, the mashed potatoes whipped to perfection, the green beans are amazing; I could rhapsodize about everything they bring except the macaroni and... More
