Tapas and more

We enjoyed sharing our tapas lunch with a great waiter, Raphael, originally from Spain. It felt like an international trip without leaving our table and the food was excellent...especially the perfectly prepared lamb lollipops!

Always fresh and full of flavor. Went with my family and mother in law for Father's Day. Even with a 3-year-old grand daughter in tow, the staff was cool and collected. Started with sangria and a garnacha. Deep chocolate flavors in the wine. Drank more of it with solomillo and lamb lollipops. Excellent. Then the alcachofas, prosciutto y quesos. My... More

Here is a place that provides great service. The server was very helpful in telling us the quantity to be ordered as we were a large group. Every item we had was well cooked with the right amount of spice. They do not take reservations but the person on the phone said that they should be able to take us... More

We had a fantastic meal with the tortellini being the best my husband and I have ever eaten. The cream sauce is amazing! The Tiramasu was also excellent. Our waiter, Christopher, was spot on with suggestions, and made our dining experience complete. Will definitely make a return trip to Guidos next trip to St Louis.

We sat outside, it was a beautiful day and met some friendly people sitting at the table next to us. We ordered pizza, of course we did, and it was delicious. One thing to keep in mind is that there is very little parking in The Hill. We were lucky and found some parking about a block away across from... More

I ordered for delivery a pizza and a Guido's special salad today and wish I had opted for the Wendy's down the street instead. The pizza was cold and tasted about on par with the Sysco stuff you get in a high school cafeteria. The salad was delivered undressed. I guess my two item order was a little difficult to... More

We decided to go to The Hill for lunch, not realizing that 90% of the Italian restaurants would be closed on a Sunday. This made our selection very limited obviously, so we just picked what was open which happened to be Guido's. The interior of the restaurant is nice and there is a small patio which we elected to sit... More

My husband and I went there with friends for dinner on a Saturday night. No waiting at 6:30pm! The recently remodeled decor was beautiful, I loved how the patriarch and matriarch were meeting, greeting and seating people. The wait staff was very polished, attentive and respectable. Their dinner salad was fantastic. So was my Sangria. Yum! And oh my goodness,... More

This was the only restaurant that we dined at during our stay in St Louis, and it was worth it. This restaurant features both Spanish and Italian food (wine included). Whether you are looking to enjoy a nice meal or catch the game at the bar, Guido's is perfect! I found the restaurant clean and my recommendation for a good... More

We were recommended Guido's from a friend many years ago. The atmosphere was great and our waiter was very nice and reminded us of the stereotypical Italian waiter, with an accent, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had the fried ravioli which was ok, and the chicken parm was good. The dish that was amazing was the Cannelloni. It was probably one... More
