The food is really nice, especially Duck Proschetta (absolutely delicious! a must have) and I also like the Scottish ambiance with people wearing kilts and toilets having lassies and lads written on them. My friend did some whiskey sampling and said it was really nice. One thing which I didn't like was charging for cutting/dividing our burger into 2, I... More

There is a bar side and a restaurant side. We were in the bar side. The atmosphere felt warm, comfortable. A place where you want to be to relax, There was a group of live musicians playing Scottish music. Often in a bar, bands are way too loud to even hear yourself think. Not so here. And the music was... More

Came here to meet some friends whilst in St Louis. The place is nice, I guess they are trying to create as much of the 'pub' vibe as possible without losing the American bar culture. The drinks are very reasonably price so, what have you got to lose hey?

We've been visiting the Scottish Arms since they first opened and have never ceased to be pleased with our experiences. The food, ranging from standard Scottish pub fare (shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, etc.) to haut cuisine, is outstanding. The chef knows his business. The service is always prompt, courteous and pleasant. And for dessert, there's a multi-page selection of... More

I was impressed by my first visit. The pub has a real Scottish pub feel. First a great selection of improrted beer. Try the Belhaven Wee Heavy - it was excellent. The pub menu had a true Scotish feel also. I had a very good salmon sandwich and my friend had the haggis plate. It was delicious - perfectly seasoned... More

Old friends descended on a native of the area, and the Scottish Arms was highly recommended as a place to reunite, to enjoy lunch, to share good memories and to meet new friends. This was a midweek visit and our timing favored finding a parking place nearby. We were promptly seated at a table for six. Our server was very... More

Fun place in Central West End. Old time bar feel. The triple crisp apps were fabulous. If you like lamb I would recommend the Moroccan lamb. Outstanding.

This restaurant/bar is very close to Saint Louis University and the Central West End. It has a mix of Scottish and traditional bar food. The atmosphere is very "old town" with a Scottish theme. I have been here a few times and it was always good.
