Excellent and attentive service, with a charming server who had a big smile and a warm demeanor; menu is "creative" which means unusual combinations, some successful, some definitely not. Open kitchen, kitchen staff deliver the plates; nice presentation. Good, not great wine list could use some improvement. Some items were perfect, some left a lot to be desired. They are... More

Loved this restaurant. Unique experience. Every item on the menu is an invention. I was in a party of three. We shared 2 full 5 course meals and the waiter recommended a couple individual add on items. It was plenty...definitely a place to have small tastes of lots of dishes as everything deserves a full discussion of the flavors, textures... More

A delicious adventure in dining. The quality and combination of varieties of flavors and textures offered was superior. Don't expect the ordinary but enjoy the experience.

Having eaten at Pastaria next door owned by the same chefs, I thought I was in for similar dining experience. No way! Niche is spectacular! I loved the Smoked Pork Shoulder, a must have, and the Beef. For once a restaurant that knows the difference between Rare and Medium Rare. Thoughtful presentation of menu choices. Absolutely the freshest ingredients. Did... More

Not a Tapas Bar but a restaurant that specializes in appropriate portions WITH several varieties from which to choose. ONE meal choice allows customers to form their own 4 course meal by selecting each course from within three columns--go straight down a column OR mix your meal by making selections from different columns, so three columns/meals becomes a much larger... We had dinner at the new Niche located on Forsythe in Clayton on Thursday, October 17, 2013. The service was impeccable. We enjoyed the chef's pairing menu. It was truly outstanding. We were provided with eight (8) courses better described as tastings which really came out to be nine (9) with a second dessert. The EGG course was to die... More

Picture it. Monday evenings after the first day of a new work week, a rustic dinner is waiting for you after work. Does it sound too good to be true? Perhaps, but it’s not my little doggy imagination working over-time. Niche’s Rustic Monday Dinner is back! And this little doggy did a happy dance on my way to the restaurant... More

October 5, 2013 - wife and I had the pleasure of sitting at the chef's counter. Wonderful experience! The seats require a reservation and if sitting there you're required to take the chef's tasting, a 10+ course chef's sampler of pretty much everything that is on the menu for that evening. Price per head was $95. (A La Carte or... More

The interior is simple and elegant. The staff, without compare. It was a mid-week evening meal while we were in town for a concert. We began with the Dia's cheese bread. It was seriously the best cheese bread I've ever had. It even had a wonderful hint of salt that was fabulous. And to speak to some things salty: the... More
