We are regulars at this restaurant and just enjoyed the tasting menu with paired wines again last night. Be ready to experience unusual but delicious combinations of tastes, textures and temperatures. One of the best restaurants in Saint Louis.

Wednesday afternoon, before the dinner crowd. Sat outside. We were seated right away as the restaurant was not busy yet. Server came with water. We ordered a radish bruschetta $8.95. We were served approx. 1 slice of toasted bread with some pickled radishes on top. Sorry to say the least. Three of us all ordered the Pappardelle on the advice... More

This place clearly wants to be reach a high level of fine dining. It tries, but it's not there yet. The restaurant and service are rather casual, which is good. The tasting menu had two meat courses but didnot include a fish course. The taste of the dishes were fine, but not stellar. Nothing was very memorable.

It was a very special occasion since our daughter will only receive one masters degree, so we went to Niche to celebrate and ate like masters! From the warm welcome to the warmer Dia bread, we ate over 9 courses and never felt stuffed. Each course was well timed and proved to be an masterful concoction and mix of flavors,... More

This was a wonderful night. We went to celebrate a special occasion and the staff was so friendly and warm. The food was perfect and everything was paired so beautifully. The open kitchen is nice and inviting, and I love all the cookbooks everywhere.

Excellent and attentive service, with a charming server who had a big smile and a warm demeanor; menu is "creative" which means unusual combinations, some successful, some definitely not. Open kitchen, kitchen staff deliver the plates; nice presentation. Good, not great wine list could use some improvement. Some items were perfect, some left a lot to be desired. They are... More

Loved this restaurant. Unique experience. Every item on the menu is an invention. I was in a party of three. We shared 2 full 5 course meals and the waiter recommended a couple individual add on items. It was plenty...definitely a place to have small tastes of lots of dishes as everything deserves a full discussion of the flavors, textures... More

A delicious adventure in dining. The quality and combination of varieties of flavors and textures offered was superior. Don't expect the ordinary but enjoy the experience.

Having eaten at Pastaria next door owned by the same chefs, I thought I was in for similar dining experience. No way! Niche is spectacular! I loved the Smoked Pork Shoulder, a must have, and the Beef. For once a restaurant that knows the difference between Rare and Medium Rare. Thoughtful presentation of menu choices. Absolutely the freshest ingredients. Did... More
