National Parks Trip

On 7/23/15 we had a good meal at a reasonable price with excellent service in an eclectic setting. After a long day of visiting Grant's Farm and touring the Anheuser-Busch Brewery we appreciated the short walk from the Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown. The server did an excellent job of... read more

We visited on a Sunday evening as the restaurant was an easy walk from our hotel. There were very few people there, which perhaps should have told us something. Our waitress was friendly, though a bit scattered. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, a burger, the gorgonzola and chive ravioli, and a salmon Caesar salad as well as their Porter. The... More

Sit outside and people watch. The service was incredible. The food is average bar food, with one exception--the coniques (in place of fries)! If you can imagine a fluffy, cloud of a potato that is somehow inserted into a doughnut, that's what you'll experience if you order the Morgan Street Brewery's coniques.

I had by far, the best salmon salad I have ever had at the Morgan Street Brewery. I would go back to St. Louis just to order it again!

We loved Morgan Street! Our bartender was sassy and hilarious, we so loved her!! She recommend the Grilled Portabella Salad, and now my mouth is watering even thinking about those goat cheese croutons. We did a flight each and we honestly loved every single beer we tried. We usually find one or two at least that just aren't our taste.... More

On a road trip with the wife. we had been in St Louis for a few days. We went down town to see the Arch and parked across the street from Morgan St Brewery. Neat little historic area. cobblestone streets. Title says it all. I had two of the best beers I've ever had. Service was very good. Atmosphere was... More

We walked down to the restaurant from our 4th St. hotel, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and crafted beer. We chose to eat outdoors on a comfortable summer evening so did not actually go into the establishment. However, it appeared clean and orderly, and there was a good, live musician playing, which added... More

Dropped by with family for a dinner before leaving town. Nice atmosphere dining outdoors on sidewalk. Beers are OK. Beef medallions w tortellini were the best thing on the menu. Cooked to perfect temp and tender. Avoid the pizza. The cheese was somewhat a cross of velveeta and some other concoction, slimy and clearly not good. Credit to the waitress... More

We ate here for dinner last Friday night and it was wonderful. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere too. We had a few of their house brews and had dinner on the sidewalk...perfect for a warm summer alfresco night. My son had the pizza, I had a fried chicken salad and my husband had grilled salmon. Everyone's dinner was fantastic.... More

We dropped in here because of a half-price sale on appetizers and cocktails. My sister and her husband enjoyed the enchiladas and margaritas and we had the crab cakes and sliders. Good bargain lunch and fun! Walking around the area is interesting although it was disappointing to see so many of the buildings that have been restored have businesses in... More
