Our group went to King Louie's to try some of the best food that St. Louis had to offer. We were mildly disappointed. Our waitress seemed nervous, which made the entire experience rather stressful. You can spend a small fortune at this restaurant, for what you get. Impeccable service, outstanding menu.. very odd menu with original items, in my opinion. Love how King Louie's touts where their local ingredients come from (we love St. Louis and the surrounding areas). Service was just perfect, as was atmosphere. We found the place to be a bit... more

I live close to St Louis and visit regularly for ballgames, cultural events, etc. I am a foodie and I am always looking for new restaurants to visit. A friend recommended King Louie's and it is now my favorite restaurant in St. Louis. Excellent food, good wine list. It is not cheap, but not the highest in town. Well worth... more
