Easy, safe, walking distance from Arch area. This is probably my third visit. I always enjoy walking in and seeing the man in the corner of the bar. I assume that he is the owner and it reminds me of seeing this type if place on tv and in movies. The decor is appropriate and filled with photos of famous... More

Great gem in the city. We found it on this site and so glad we went. Delicious Italian food and great service. We had six kids at our table and they were so accommodating. We will go back next time!

Nice place to try deep-fried ravioli and wash down a few ice-cold Budweisers. The pasta was ordinary and desserts unspectacular. Decent service and a nice location in the middle of downtown which is otherwise pretty quiet at night.

Del Hensley probably had it about right in their 20 June 2014 review: too much hype. In fairness the service was good and responsive. Unfortunately, as a young family, we found the atmosphere very noisy with two very large parties of 15-20 each on either side of us despite it being early on a Monday evening. The children found the... More

Had dinner on recommendation from a friend who travels st louis regularly . We had good dinner. Toasted raviolis were good but sauce was unremarkable.. We split Capreses Salad which was very good . Main dishes of Ravioli and Lasgna were Fresh but once again sauce lacked much if any flavor. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. Was very good but... More

This is where my fiance and I celebrate our anniversary every year and it's also my favorite Italian place in the entire city. It's kind of small inside so it can get a little cramped during a rush, but it never negatively affects your service. I always get the baked penne and garlic cheese bread to share. I would also... Wow! I was taken here by a friend and was blown away. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but trust me --- you REALLY want to go in and eat here! The ambiance is unique, and the seating is fairly limited, but the food is AWESOME and the prices are very reasonable. It's definitely going to be added... More

Great dinner here on a Monday night. The restaurant is not far from the Convention Center. We stopped in for an early dinner. Had some concerns as the place was virtually empty (5:45pm) but within a few minutes the place filled up ... we were just ahead of the crowd. We started with the Toasted Ravioli & they were great,... Only the food is bad. The interior is reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century bar. It adds a nice vintage feel that makes the place great for a pregame meal or drinks. The service was good. They promptly seated us and ensured drinks were filled. When we asked about the specials, the waitress was very knowledgeable and told us the specials. Unfortunately,... More

We stopped here by accident, the spot we wanted was closed for the holiday. We had great service and the food was good. Try the toasted ravoli and the specialty sandwich. Enough food to share. It is a little pricey for lunch, but when you share, it's fine.
