Can't wait to go back and try more menu items. My husband and I split a salad, the ravioli and an italian sandwich. DELICIOUS....can't wait to go back and try the pasta.

We stayed near "the hill" on a vacation to visit the botanic garden. We truly enjoyed our dinner at Gittos. The service was excellent and the menu was varied. Even though we felt underdressed in our jeans, we were warmly welcomed by the well dressed waiters. The food was fresh, home made,and delicious.

Although this original restaurant has oodles of history, it is more of a sports bar than a casual restaurant. Food was not outstanding but decent for bar grub. If you are looking for a steak house, I would not recommnd this. But a good watering hole with loads of familes.

The staff is great. Very pleasant and cheerful and helpful. This was recommended by a local friend and I know why. The food is great and the portions are large. It's a little pricy but well worth it.

The food is always outstanding and a great value. The owner really tries to make you feel welcome. One of the best wine lists in St Louis.
