Description: Tony's, a St. Louis landmark and nationally acclaimed restaurant, has featured award-winning food, service, and ambiance for more than 40 years. Recognized year after year with the AAA Four-Diamond Award and the Forbes (formerly Mobil) Four-Star Award, among others, executive chef Vincent P. Bommarito creates a signature menu. From lobster albanello to a veal loin chop with truffle sauce, from filet mignon of swordfish to a luxurious tasting menu, all dishes are finished tableside. Tony's complements each meal with a medal-winning wine collection and decadent house-made desserts. Servers, many with Tony's for decades, anticipate guests' needs to create an extraordinary dining experience. Every guest is treated to the gracious hospitality one would receive walking into the Bommarito family's home. Generations of families celebrate special events at Tony's; business and leisure travelers make sure to include dinner at Tony's in their visit.

The Saturday prior to Labor Day, 2014 had Tony's at it's best! There was a large group of 70 # celebrating one persons 80th Birthday, and every table had an "Ice Carving"! The staff did a great job of taking care of all that were not part of the party, but the occasion seemed very special. As consistent as always,... More

We went to Tony's for a friends 40th birthday, and loved the experience. We were seated in the Wine room, which was perfect, since it is a small more private area. We had 3 waiters for our table of 6, and they continually doted on us all evening. We all had made different selections for dinner, and enjoyed them all.... More

Tony's restaurant was nice but a bit pricey. Unfortunately if you go to a restaurant alone the wait for the food seems longer than it probably is. The food was GREAT and they paid attention to small details. The owner Vince was making the rounds talking to every guest. Overall fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Just a bit slower than... I love Tony's it is still my favorite restaurant in St. Louis. Every time I have dinner there I never understand why I seem to save it for something special. My swordfish melted in my mouth the service is superb in everything they do. I was there with a party of 7 celebrating my sons 18th birthday. My sons have... More

My wife requested that we go to Tony's for our anniversary dinner. We had not been to Tony's in many years. Much of the experience was very positive. Our bibb lettuce salad, veal entrees, and desserts were excellent. This is a very comfortable, spacious, and quiet environment. Service is not rushed. Negatives were: disappointing spinach side dishes and cocktails that... More

Dinner was great and service was better. Not quite a five star as they miss little details but very close. Nice Anniversary dinner!

We thought we were going to another Tony's in St. Louis. ( more casual) Walked in by mistake and had a wonderful evening, with fabulous food, martini's, and atmosphere. The waiter was wonderful and did everything possible to make our evening. just right. We asked about the salad and he said it is large enough to share. (sometimes they don't... More

Just walking through the door you know the night is going to be great. Very nice wine lounge located on your left with a entire glass wall showcasing an extensive wine selection. On the right a bar with a comfortable waiting lounge. The main dining is offset from these two areas and provides a nice quiet room to enjoy the... More

St. Louis isn't a great restaurant town. In the 1960s, when I worked for the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, I had the good fortune to personally meet the late baseball legend Stan Musial at his Stan and Biggie's Restaurant. At the time, it was one of the best dining spots in town. But Tony's was No. 1 at the time. And,... More

This is one of the best meals I've ever had in a restaurant. Mick, our waiter, was spot on with his suggestions and recommendations. The food is amazing, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere lovely. For a special night, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here.
