Description: Tony's, a St. Louis landmark and nationally acclaimed restaurant, has featured award-winning food, service, and ambiance for more than 40 years. Recognized year after year with the AAA Four-Diamond Award and the Forbes (formerly Mobil) Four-Star Award, among others, executive chef Vincent P. Bommarito creates a signature menu. From lobster albanello to a veal loin chop with truffle sauce, from filet mignon of swordfish to a luxurious tasting menu, all dishes are finished tableside. Tony's complements each meal with a medal-winning wine collection and decadent house-made desserts. Servers, many with Tony's for decades, anticipate guests' needs to create an extraordinary dining experience. Every guest is treated to the gracious hospitality one would receive walking into the Bommarito family's home. Generations of families celebrate special events at Tony's; business and leisure travelers make sure to include dinner at Tony's in their visit.

Tony's has earned its reputation over the years and it has not rested on its laurels either in the quality of its food or the attentiveness of its servers. My wife and I had a romantic Christmas getaway weekend in St. Louis. One of the highlights was dinner at Tony's. The service from the moment of arrival was exquisite. Our... More

My husband and I dined at Tony's this past weekend and used a gift certificate from our daughter for the Tasting menu. This is fine dining at its best. We enjoyed a lovely 5 course meal with appropriate wines served with each course. The service was superb as always and the understated but lovely Christmas decorations were so right for... More

Tony's is like no other. Vincent Bommarito has kept his old-school values in place while others have let them fall fallow. There are a lot of people on the floor -- captains, waiters, bussers -- each fully trained in his or her role so they can execute flawlessly. Sure its costly, but its how a proper white-tablecloth resaurant ought to... More

Tony's is a world-class restaurant, and has been for decades. Locals consider it St. Louis's finest, and I would agree. Lobster is one specialty, which I had and which was succulent and wonderfully prepared. The prices are surprisingly low for a restaurant of this quality - one would pay much more for meals of this quality in Chicago or New... More

I enjoyed my meal here with a group of 10. The service was amazing! I felt like I was in the middle of a mob movie. Everyone was so attentive. The food tasted delicious - the salad appetizer would've been plenty for me, but I pressed on to enjoy the quail and filet. Delicious! Be sure to get the caramel... More

We had one night in downtown St. Louis, so we wanted a local St. Louis restaurant. After a little research, we settled on Tony's, and it could not have worked out better. The food was great, and the service was superb. It was some of the best Italian food we have had in a long time. Ken our head waiter... More

I have traveled a great deal over the past 30 years. I have been fortunate enough to dine a some fabulous restaurants around the world. Little did I know I would have one of the best dinning experiences in my own home town. From the minute you walk through the front door you know you are going to experience something... More

This was definitely a 5 star experience! The service was spot on, great wine list, and every course was perfect. I had an exquisite filet mignon that melted in my mouth. Quite possibly the best creme brulee I've ever had. Lovely decor that wasn't overdone. The serving staff was incredibly attentive but we never felt bothered by them. Overall quite... More
