The "T-Room" has retained the look and feel of those oh so elegant restaurants of a bygone era - plush and comfortable without being "clubby". The dining rooms (two down and one up a short flight of stairs) say: "...Come and stay a while...". And why not? With food this good it's not hard to stay and eat your heart out." Become a Fan of the Tenderloin Room and get updates on entertainment and specials! Our classic Pepperloin a la Tenderloin is seared to mouthwatering perfection with our famous sauce. For the adventurous diner with a large appetite we proudly present our Cowboy Ribeye, sure to satisfy like no other. Remember, steak remains the specialty, but entrees such as rack of lamb, stuffed filet, and veal chops offer spectacular alternatives to the signature beef.

Wonderful Place!

When you drive and you have a professional Valet, greet you, introduce himself with a name, Justin, and tell you "He will keep an Eye on your car", that is a great start for the evening. Just across the street from historic Forest Park, you are really in the right location to enjoy St. Louis. Then inside The Chase, a... More

We could not have been happier with our dinner and wine at this lovely, in house, restaurant. I hate to leave the hotel for dinner and then deal with returning after a great meal and losing some of the pleasure with jumping in and out of taxi's, etc. Well the Tenderloin Room offered us excellent meats and a very nice... The evening started with valet parking at the front entrance to the Chase Park Plaza Hotel. We had reservations and we were seated immediately. The wait staff was attentive but not annoying. I had the shrimp appetizer and peppered tenderloin. My husband had the steak tips appetizer and the sirloin steak. Everything was delicious. I probably would skip the shrimp... More

Service was prompt, yet not rushed, and the waiter was most professional. Good suggestions were provided. The menu had loads of choices, and all were well-prepared and - for fine dining - fairly priced. The appetizer was unique in that a large 24-inch bowl with ice below presented shrimp, herring, and at least 5 other delights. Our party of 7... More

Delicious and Entertaining, WELL worth the visit on Business due to the high Price! The waiter was such a character. While on our business trip we tried it and loved it. It made for a great memory and great dinner. Though it was really pricey I probably would on visit if on Business.

I was skeptical of the Tenderloin Room after reading many reviews. My husband and I travel quite a bit and are lucky to have eaten at some fantastic places along the way, so we have pretty high expectations for restaurants around this price point. I didn't recognize much of the wine list, but the bottle we ordered was decent if... More

New Years Eve at the Chase Park Plaza was wonderful again. My husband and I did eat dinner during the party at the Tenderloin Room. We both chose Chiliean Sea Bass, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. This was the creamiest most perfect cooked meal of fish. I had not tried this particular fish before. I was very pleased. Service... More

I went on a business dinner. The service was exceptional. The Chase is a Crown Jewel of St. Louis. I would suggest that although the restaurant is "The Tenderloin Room" get the lamb. The lamb was exceptional. The steak was very good but not quite the caliber of the lamb. I didn't care for the house steak sauce. If you... More
