The "T-Room" has retained the look and feel of those oh so elegant restaurants of a bygone era - plush and comfortable without being "clubby". The dining rooms (two down and one up a short flight of stairs) say: "...Come and stay a while...". And why not? With food this good it's not hard to stay and eat your heart out." Become a Fan of the Tenderloin Room and get updates on entertainment and specials! Our classic Pepperloin a la Tenderloin is seared to mouthwatering perfection with our famous sauce. For the adventurous diner with a large appetite we proudly present our Cowboy Ribeye, sure to satisfy like no other. Remember, steak remains the specialty, but entrees such as rack of lamb, stuffed filet, and veal chops offer spectacular alternatives to the signature beef.

The Tenderloin Room is a great place to dine with couples or business associates. The setting is old style formal and the menu offers a variety of appetizers, salads, fish and meat entrees. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, calamari and crab cake appetizers with stuffed fish filet main courses. The wine and dessert selections are also substantial.

After dining here once I went back for a second time just to be sure it was just as great the second time and I was not disappointed. I was promptly greeted, seated and introduced to the menu that includes an appetizer display that you can pick you appetizer from the display. I enjoyed the two different waiters, one very... More

My girlfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary and I was really expecting more from The Tenderloin Room. The service was okay, but not as good as it should've been for spending $200 on dinner and drinks. The food was great. I ordered a 22 oz cowboy ribeye which was very good and my girlfriend ordered the crab topped fillet.... More

It may seem like a step back into time...and that's a good thing here. The service personifies excellence. The only thing better at The Tenderloin Room is the food!

My wife and I had a corner table. The table was suggested to be the best in the restaurant. It's a very small restaurant in the Chase. All the seating would be great, but from this table, the place glimmered. It was a truly romantic spot. The food was excellent. The fresh seafood cart that was brought out to select... More

So I have to say most steak places in non-Vegas hotels I think are over rated. This is not one of those. Having stayed at the hotel a few times I avoided this place. My mistake. The soup was butternut squash and was wonderful. As to the main course... The pepperloin tenderloin was so tender I was able to cut... More

I had the 8 oz filet, medium rare with the signature sauce and hubby had the signature tenderloin. Both our steaks were absolutely perfect, tender as butter and cooked to perfection. For starters we had the Senate Bean soup and the butternut squash soup and both were delicious. Hubby had a Greek salad, also delicious, and we shared the pumpkin... More

I am still drooling over the flavor and quality of the meats! We have had several steaks and shared, and by the end of the evening I could not come up with a favorite, as they were all superb! Sides, salads and appetizers were good too, but come on... it's a carnivore's paradise :)

We were there for my better half's birthday. Great steak menu, cheaper than even 1904 steak house. Waiter prompt, knowledgeable and great with the wine list. Had a lovely evening. I booked on their website and told them it was my better halts birthday and they gave us a corner table that had a great view of the restaurant. I... More
