Good location, Nice meal

While staying downtown for a short family vacation, our family of four had a very nice meal here. While the food may not be the most authentic, it is very good for St. Louis. Sen is modern and sleek. The food was delicious. I almost always order Tom Kha soup at Thai places, and theirs was great (and had more chicken and mushrooms than most). I got a pepper chicken (can't remember the exact name) meal, and it was also delicious. The servers were nice and attentive. My coworker got a meal that was... More

Our starters both tasted microwaved and over-fried. My Penang has a watery sauce (the waitress told me they used to cook the sauce thicker but customers complained, something I find strange/hard to believe). My wife left her Bancock spicy noodle dish after one mouthful - just nothing like it should have tasted and not temperature hot. Main courses also came... More

This location has the best Thai food in the St Louis area, the spicy calamari is to die for. Usually calamari is a bit rubbery, here it literally melts in your mouth. The location is near downtown and various other attractions and is inside the old Shell Buikding. I've not had a bad experience here ever!

One of the very few restaurants I truly rave about and have been to many many times. Every time I'm in St Louis, I come here. The food has always been good and the service generally very good to excellent. Is in a nice quiet area so not much traffic noise, facing a park area.

This is a very nice looking Thai restaurant which serves very nice looking food that simply does not taste all that good. The peanut sauce would have been a nice complimentary starter, except it was served with toasted Wonder bread. When asked, the waiter said nothing else was available for the dip. Serving toasted white bread in a Thai restaurant... More

We went to Sen Thai on advice of Trip Advisor. We were looking for a few choices within walking distance of our hotel. This restaurant is on a corner of an office building that looks mostly vacant. However, you should not pass this one up. As other reviewers have reported, the restaurant is attactive and has very friendly servers. The... More

We started with cocktails, which were good and unusual. Also had the chicken satay which were good, but not quite peanuty enough. My pad thai was not very authentic, but still tasty. My husband's curry was amazing, the best he's ever had. We were too full for dessert. Service was good, though a little confusing, as we seemed to have... More

This place is so lovely and they present their food in a likewise fashion. Everything came out looking very expensive, though this was only moderately higher than your run-of-the-mill eatoutery. We got a veggie appetizer and it was great! I really enjoyed these weird spicy corn chunks that I cannot remember the name of. I ordered basil fried rice as... More

I had a summer spring roll, won ton soup, pad thai noodle with chicken and shrimp. It truly is an elegant ambiance with amazing food. I would recommend to anyone.
