A pleasnt place for a simple Irish meal

This place was reminiscent pubs we visited in Ireland. We had a wonderful lunch here and had we had more days in St Louis we probably would have returned.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to grab a bite before the Cardinals game close to the hotel. This place looked like a nice choice. It was busy with local baseball fans so we thought it was a good choice. We were not wrong in terms of service and beer choices. A large chalkboard displays the many... More

No wait for a table. Great service, kept drink glasses refilled. Ordered the sampler platter, wings were extra hot! Food was good.

Nice atmosphere and a short walk from the Drury Inn or Union Station. The specialty Budweiser on tap was very good! A great place to relax and have a few drinks - especially after meetings/conferences at Union Station.

We needed a place within walking distance of the Union Station and hotel convention center. This place is literally across the street. We went mid-afternoon, so only a few tables occupied, no waiting. We sat in the bar for the TVs and pub-height tables. Fast service, lots of beers on tap. The menu had a lot of variety, but some... Found this restaurant while walking down the street and thought we would give it a try. Our group had the ribs and Reuben. Full rack of ribs was huge and could be split. Great selection of beer -- loved the atmosphere. Will definitely stop back!

We had been across the street at the conference center at Union Station. The bar is dated (dingy and dark). There were 40+ beers on the menu but the waitress freely admitted she knew nothing about beer. Everything was fried and poorly fried at that. Soggy fries. Half cooked onion rings. I ordered fish and chips. Not fries, but potato... More

Corned beef figured large on the menu, something you cannot get in Ireland. No shepherd's pie. Interestingly, the Irish stew came in a sourdough bowl. The Guinness tasted great. Not a bad place, but not truly Irish

We did not eat here, however everyone that we talked to said the food is great. We attended the St Pat's Parade in STL and went here later. The beer garden is huge and the staff was great, We will return when its not around the St Patrick's day for dinner.
