We spent part of an evening at Maggie O'Brien'w while visiting St Louis recently. We had a few pints and some bar food. The service was good, and the food was reasonable, but the place needs an update. The chairs were uncomfortable and overall the place needs a bit of a make over. In any case, if you are looking... When you're downtown (next to Union Station) don't skip this opportunity. Great ribs and Irish fare as well. Pub-like atmosphere with good grub. Staff was friendly and service was great.

The Shamrock sandwich with the little red potatoes was just what the doctor ordered after a long day at the office and meetings. I had garlic cheese added and a couple of cold Budweisers. That hit the spot. One of the owners was there checking on customers which was a nice touch. The server checked on me and made sure... More

Your wouldn't think so but for an Irish Pub they have some of the best RIBS in St Louis! They cook them outside and the smell just pulls you down the road to come in an try them. And I recommend that you do, you wont go home with an empty stomach!

We were staying at the hotel next door and asked the front desk for recommendations for a quick lunch nearby. The service was good. Friendly, but not overly. We were seated quick but it was busy. Lunch time and the world cup was on TV. Took a while to get our order in. Once we did the food came quick.... More

This place is nothing fancy, but it is a cool little irish pub. Great location downtown and convenient. They serve typical bar food with a decent selection of beer. Stick to the beer and wings and you'll be happy.

The food hear was not fresh it tasted frozen. I happen to enjoy bar and grill food, but this tasted like it was microwaved. The price also was expensive for what it was worth.

After a ball game my family and I (6 of us) decided to go to Maggie O'Briens for dinner just because it was within walking distance from our hotel. Hostess/host was very rude and in a hurry. Once seated we ordered our drinks. My daughter-in- law ordered a beer off of menu, when beer arrived was not what she ordered... More

After a long day at the zoo and science museum, we settled in for dinner here. During our meal (pizzas for me and my wife), our teenager decides last-minute that he might not mind seeing a baseball game. The waitress was quick to bring us some boxes and our check as we adjusted plans at the last minute and we... More
