Always a go-to place for our family. We like a little beer, but we're lightweights so we go for the sampler - small glasses of six kinds of beer with descriptions of each. They have a broad menu, but I always seem to go back to the Fish & Chips. Save room for the Sticky Toffee Pudding - enough for... More

With three generations present, Schlafly Tap Room pleased everyone. The kids meals were as good as the adults. We enjoyed the beers and our service was excellent. We will come back for sure. Pictured are the fish tacos-very good. We all enjoyed the delicious chocolate dessert served for our daughter's birthday

The menu was quite extensive and varied. The food was very good. We enjoyed the craft brewery atmosphere. The beer selection is very large and a style for every taste. We were fortunate to have a special tour (purchased at a charity auction) that gave us the history of the brewery and explained the beer making process. Except for charity... More

This was nothing to write home about. Beer bread was dry and dense. Deep fried cod was very greasy. French fries were crisp and fresh. I am not a fan of a container of ketchup with a spoon sitting on a table. I have a hard enough time using a bottle of ketchup on a table. Also if a manager... More

Schlafly Tap Room is an interesting restaurant. A combination, craft brewery, restaurant and bar there is something that everyone will like. The menu is filled with a lot of items that are dying to be tried with interesting descriptions and new twists to old bar and grill standards. I had the beer cheese soup and the reuben. both were very... More

Whenever we visit St. Louis, we always go to the Tap Room to get growler refills, see what is new on tap and eat lunch. Our favorite is the Pumpkin and Meade. The atmosphere is good and we don't feel "guilty" bringing the kids to eat. The food is pretty good and you get generous portions at lunch (we have... More

The most obvious benefit to Schafly's Tap House, is that it has the best beer in St. Louis. Paired with the great beer is some very good pub food. This time out, we had Mahi Mahi tacos, Beef and Lamb Shepherd's Pie, the Meat Loaf Muffin and a Reuben and both the Beer Cheese soup and Gumbo. Everything was very... More

Terrific pub with a welcoming and lively feel. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The range of food on offer was good, reasonably priced - something for everyone. The main attraction is Schlafly's beer with a selection of around 15 beers on offer - the beer menu changes regularly. There is a range of other drinks also available. There is... More

For a later supper (8pm), my father-in-law and I tried, of all things, the FRIED BOLOGNA AND EGG TOASTIE ( it has Yellow Cheddar, Poblano Ketchup, Brioche Toast), and the MEATLOAF MUFFIN ( Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf, Fried Egg, Crisp Onions, English Muffin), with warm red potato German potato salad. It was EXCELLENT!!!! ....I tasted his too.... And, as one has come... More
