We knew we wanted to eat Italian on the Hill but didn't know where. I'm so glad we choose Zia's. We sat outside on a beautiful evening. The wine was so good and sweet. The toasted ravioli was a treat and the food was excellent!!! So much food, we couldn't finish it all! Everyone in our party got something different... More

If you have never been to Zia's, it is an absolute gem in STL. The food is absolutely amazing, in fact the best Italian I have ever had. Note if you plan to show up around 6pm on a Saturday night and expect to be seated quickly, you will be severely disappointed. The last two times we have been we... More

No kidding, this was better than the Italian food I've had in Italy! Loved the ambiance of the neighborhood and the restaurant. I ate there alone on a recent trip, but didn't feel alone for a second. The dining room was packed with energetic conversations all around me, even though it was only a Wednesday night. I had the Capellini... More

My wife, daughter, and I just ate there we got to eat outside on the sidewalk. The weather was great so that's what we chose. My wife got a salad and a cheesy risotto appetizer, I ordered a chicken dish with prosciutto and mushrooms. Everything was good bordering on great. The service was very good as well. I would recommend... More

While the menu is the same old same old Italian, the execution was tasty, fast, and hot. Went with 20+ other co-workers. They handled all of us very well and the food tasted freshly prepared for each one of us. Would go back if I had to eat Italian.

My favorite place to eat in St. Louis. Excellent food, nice environment. I learned this past weekend to stick with this as a lunch destination because it is packed! We went at 8:00 on a Saturday. We had trouble finding parking and had about a 45 minute wait, but the wait is worth it!

When in town to see a show at the Muny, my husband and I selected Zia's for dinner ... and it was the perfect choice. Tucked away on corner in the crowded streets of the Hill, we arrived about about 6pm on a saturday night and the wait was approximately 30 minutes. (They do not take reservations for parties under... The food is great and the service very good. I could fill up on their salad but their pasta makes that impossible. Try the baked pasta, and cheese bread. Never had a bad meal there.

So we went for the toasted ravioli, which is, obviously , fried. Yum. And then we stayed for dinner. Even more yum. Fabulous food, worth the wait!
