Hoppin' little Lunch Place with Killer meats & sides!

Stopped by on a weekday for lunch....so glad we did! Husband ordered the brisket sandwich and I the pulled pork after waiting in a quickly moving line. Grabbed a table outside, and within 5 minutes had our food in front of us. Meat was perfectly smoked and the sides almost stole the show! The... read more

Possibly the best meal I'll eat all year. I had the turkey plate with baked beans and billy goat chips and a black cherry fitz's. The turkey was delicious without any sauce but I used the Pineapple Express which was excellent. Beans were spicier than the sauce and had a real kick. Excellent.

Being from CA when I travel to places that have good BBQ I always try it out and this was great. LOVED the brunt ends!

The barbecue here is some of the best ever. We had a sampler platter that included ribs and several meats. Everything was great! The burnt ends are the best, but I think you can only get them on Saturday until they run out. If you are looking for a nice sit-down place you might be disappointed. Seating is very limited.... Had lunch last Saturday when visiting grandchildren. Food was very good and generous portion. Only negative was we had three adults and two children and had to sit at table for four which means we held the four year old in our lap as we ate.

Baby back ribs, which are usually hard to find, cooked to perfection. Pulled pork sandwitches that are some of the best I have ever had. This BBQ place is at the top of my list. I have had BBQ in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri, and this place may be the best of anything I have ever had.

Food is good. Not my favorite style of BBQ. Big chunk of smoked meat and a tasteless bun that was way too big. Beans are great and I'm not a bean fan. The wait and seating situation makes me skip this place.

Nice, but crowds make it just another BBQ place. Especially if you go on a Saturday. They have a nice staff, but expect a wait. Enjoy!

Looked up BBQ places in STL and settled on going to Bogarts as we were already in the area. So glad we did. There we 4 of us so we split the big meal which I can't remember the name of. It came with 3 sandwiches and a rack of ribs and sides. We all tried something different and all... More
