The best meats.

I visited this place with my wife for lunch. This place was crowded and full. You have to make a line for 30 minutes to get inside. Once there you found paradise for meat lovers like me. We ordered the ribs and briquettes. They were delicious and melt in your mouth. The sauces are to die for. The... read more

We were big fans of Pappy's Smokehouse when it first opened, but now we love Bogart's even more. The ribs and pulled pork are top notch, and if they have their smoked prime rib on special, it is a must try. In addition to the amazing meat, however, they also have excellent sides, with the deviled egg potato salad the... More

Driving through and had to stop because of the reviews. I have aye a lot of barbecue from MS to TN and I will say this is the BEST I have ever had!!! The pulled pork, beans and potato salad are must! My husband had the ribs and loved them! Several sauces to chose from too! You WILL NOT be... More

My son and I visited bogarts for Friday lunch as Pappy's line was too long. It took about 20 min to get seated. Everyone is very friendly there. I got brisket with potato salad and baked beans. My son got burnt ends (pork) and same sides. We split the pickles which were good --a little sweet and spicy. Since I... More

The reason this is number one is that it is terrific. We travel the country full time and stop at many BBQ places. This ranks in the top few. Stopped for lunch and had the pulled pork and beef sandwich, cost $8.99 for the regular size which was plenty. Comes with two sides, which we ordered four different, and everything... More

I can tell you, this place has the best BBQ! I came from Houston, TX where we eat BBQ every single day, but Bogart's is outstanding!!! I am just disappointed with so sweet sides. The beans taste like caramel and coleslaw taste likes coton candy. But...I am not here to eat sides...I am here to have BBQ!!!!

this place has the best bbq in St. Louis. Be prepared to wait in line to get your order placed and get a seat. The wait is so worth it though. Their baked beans are the best, just the right amount of spice. Bbq pork sandwich was delicious! I love mixing the Pineapple Express and voodoo sauce on my sandwich.

This can be a little difficult to find, but it is worth it, once you find this fine place. Don't worry about dressing up, you can come as you are and feel comfortable. This is a nice stop for people that like shopping at Soulard Market for Veggies and Fruits. It makes a nice outing for a family. Enjoy!
